    to produce the error .. just install into C;\FM22 for example .. and u will see the problem .. problem started when we changed default installtion path for moding but now can't even revert back to old location as we don't know even where it is?

    this issue for me is been about a month now !! 

    and Sega support email me every time with one QS then disappear for one day then another QS ?!! why he don't list all QS at once !! today he asked me what Windows OS am using !! he could had asked that first time !! 
    I want change what I edited before as I found many mistakes on leagues I added .. now players get banned after 2nd yellow, table is not based on GD if equal on points .. fans attended at 300 at derby match in 25k capacity, no transfer deadline  ...etc!! 

    why Editor when created new league don't by default create common sense that is applied by most of league !! which league ban a player after 2nd yellow ? or have no deadline for transfer ?!!

    just an update ... found it weird why game is now crashing window with blue screen when trying to install it in both desktop and laptop forcing me to restore to older point 
    Today I found out what is the problem !! is AV refusing to let XBOX download and it suicide into blue screen

    I managed to re-install game finally but in both editor is not working !!

    I got and same for me ... but now I can't install game as windows crash !! MStore & SI screwed my laptop !! 

    IF i donwload game it stop now at 0% and says error .. and get blue crash screen !! which will appear again moment I start windows  as seem crazy XBOX try to complete that 0% without even me asking !! 

    so couldn't' reply back to SI on what is in this X folder .. need to re-install windows now an backup my files first !! it basically now destroyed my windows 

    need laptop as using it in work , will reply once re-install windows 

    is shocking a game can caused damage to my windows every time now I want to install game again .. I never come across such game !! I don't blame entirely SI but MS,, but sure SI complicated matter by dividing game and editor for no valid reason !!  neither allow Editor and Game communicate to each other better !! sure editor need to know where new game is installed and if not at least don't f*** close down but ask us where data are stored so we can give u the bloody path !!

    yepp ... now after uninstalling and reinstalling .. many times .. XBOX app now crash in middle of download !!  the whole laptop now goes to trying to repair circle .. and only way to go out is go back in time to restore at certain point .. problem is when try to download game whole laptop crash at 0% downalod !! I raised ticket and can't reply !! bcz this game is crashing my laptop now !! and have to now re-install whole windows .. and have big project to run so can't do that till 2 weeks from now !! really thanks FM . I think the problem is in Xbox App and SI both .. but I blame SI !!! why on hell Editor is not installed with same game !! pls give me one logical reason why u r inviting this mess !! put both in one installation .. problem solved ... no drama

    I've also tried copying the FM 22 folder into that folder, but you can't copy .exe files into that folder. You can move them, but then you get .dll errors I assume are related to DRM.

    I guess SI can't be bothered to just make it an option to select the location of your FM install.

    But, according to SI, posting about a bug in the pregame editor in the pregame editor bug tracker is the wrong place to post about a bug, so no wonder they can't be bothered to make obvious changes.

    that is so annoying and again all down to SI deciding to split each in different install !! Crazy !! 

    I can understand if they were selling it .. but is not !!! all this drama for no reason..

    people try to simplify any game , yet SI just complicate it .. than is even in Epic .. even in Steam first installer get lost !! and know seem to grasp why game and editor are not in same install just like old days !!

    It was flagged within our teams this morning so it is definitely something we're looking at internally. The more examples we get raised to us, the better chance of finding a solution.

    exactly .. Xbox will not be able to help when editor act like headless chicken not knowing where game is stored 

    am so annoyed that SI had to take us into all this drama even with steam !! why no install editor and game in same time .. same pack !! No u have to go to steam and download and install separately .. Epic users too had many issues.

    Si giving an example how to complicate simple thing by adding both in one pack .. I still wanna know why they split it into 2 entities ?!!
    did requested support from SEGA , let us see

    am disappointed that SI if editor check a location of installation, why not give us this path , so I install game into that path 
    is really not a nuclear physics 
    am not sure why even bloody editor is a separate entity !! ? why not bloody install game and editor at same time ... like old time ?!! all this nonsense is created bcz we have 2 entity now who don't work with each other bcz they are installed separately and badly communicating to each other

    yepp exact issue with me too !!! 
    crazy how simple editor can be screwed once u want to save elsewhere in C:/ and no option to revert that back or be warned !?! 
    Am not sure why even SI don't give us editor as a free standalone version where u can tell editor where is bloody data of game is installed ... shouldn't be a nuclear physics tbh  or have such drama going through that ..
    I just wanted to release my DB as a patch for a league I spent 2 months to build to make it available for other users !!!  Si seem to forget that Editor is what make game fun for the community by allowing us all to provide new DB content that enhance the whole experience !!! I care less now , the game is running with Data I did but can't share it as wanted to add another detail.
    Is just annoying how smooth is the Steam editor 

    am not sure why even is not available for free from steam ?!!  Pre-game editor is a great tool for community not individuals. 
    is simple option to add a line in editor giving us option to tell where it the path of this game is now ?!! but instead the game like a blind **** and search by itself for a specific folder and telling me "opps  darling  .. am not gonna run for u sweetheart .. go f urself"
    am 50 yo .. who is using PC since  80s  using complicated different  software and know even programming (ex: C++, Vbasic) since 30 years .. but never ever come a cross such an app that simply refuse even to open once u change game path !!! I think Ms has its share of blames .. but so is SI, there is a specific file saved somewhere or can be added to tell this bloody editor where to search the game now.

    am having now same issue !! changed save folder to C:\FM22 !! now Pre-game editor not working !! and even other like Genie scout !! tried to restore it to default in Xbox app , is not changing save folder from C:\FM22  !! switched to D and back  !! tried all above !! editor refuse to work !! it was working before I make that change
