Well just finished last half of the season with Kelentan in Malaysia, Took over they were bottom doomed to relegation, Finished the Season 4th. A bit of rebuilding and i think i have a team ready to challenge for the title in 2 seasons possibly, Taking to the new formation well so all in all pleased.

Well its not been a complete loss going to South Africa at least i have a trophy to claim while i was here, Im unsure whats happened here with South Africa, i was looking forward to spending 4-5 seasons here rebuilding Ajax back up to a formidable team but with the fixtures not loading I don't really have any option but to resign and look for another job, Maybe a warning to others doing this challenge, i don't know if my loading and removing leagues had anything to do with it or what i just don't know

Think i have a problem? has anybody else been to South Africa, I took over Ajax CT and they had been relegated into the First Division and im not sure the fixtures are loading as 8 games into the season it still reads the relegation playoff in which the team came bottom but my reserves are in the league and have played 0 , Advice would be greatly appreciated, regarding the Challenge? what to do?

Well i did it...somehow after a bit of a turbulent season with -2.4 million debt, The owner Leaving, Player disputes, Player power and not trusted to be manager i won the Premiership...In New Zealand. Its left me with the only option to leave and find my next adventure

Well having gone to New Zealand and planned to stay there maybe for more than one season i have now revaluated my plan, Clubs finances are a mess and im looking at a quick stop off here and then looking to break into Asia. At least i know where I'am heading!

Well i have finally found my next job after Siaraga I,m off to new Zealand managing Southern United FC, Could stay here more than one season, if player power and managing a -2.4 million bank balance does not get me fired first..

well this is boring...i have gone through a entire season unemployed, i have been turned down twice by two different New Zealand clubs...OH just as i say that..i have been offered a job...thank god for that

So not quite the clean sweep i wanted by 2 out of 3 is not bad, the team that eventually won the league i did get an interview for but they rejected me it did not stop them winning the league by a big margin,
So for the first time i was thinking of staying for another season but in the end decided i would move on, the top two teams are really strong but they are beatable,. I have my eye on going to New Zealand next, But lets see who if anyone offers me a job

Well its a clean sweep in Tuvalu, when i walked into the club they finished bottom of the table, so i won all the cups and into the new season went unbeaten in the league...Job done time to move on.
Just a query, how do others go about moving on?, Do you wait until the end of the season or once you have won all the cup do you resign to find another job?
