What the message does mean is that its unable to connect to the game service to connect for online games (ie; Epic)

You may want to try restarting your computer and trying again.

Yes, both starting new online saves and trying to connect.

I have restarted my Mac multiple times, reinstalled both epic games launcher and FM and its still the same.

Cannot seem to be able to play online. My Mac has an internet connection and I appear online on Epic Games. However when my friends use the Epic games overlay within FM20 they cannot see my username as playing football manager. I am using epic games launcher on mac trying to connect to a friend using steam on a PC.
