No, not sarcasm. In 540 hours of FM19 I've had absolutely no crashes and don't feel it ever will, whereas in previous iterations I would have had about 10 in the same time. Give those coders a raise and keep up the good work!

How was this not classed as a "Mistake leading to goal"? Meanwhile my other DC plays pretty well, but the one header he misses unfortunately leads to a goal and immediately pegs him down to 6.2.

Why does positional familiarity affect the displayed role suitability so much? For example someone natural at MR (Winger) is fully green, but it goes half-full yellow or lower for accomplished AMR (Winger). A minor complaint but I think it should be going in the other direction, i.e. giving a more accurate representation for players who are not even competent for the given position.

Why are Chairmen still so braindead? As if forcibly accepting terrible offers for financial reasons (even though you could get 50 times more £££ if you could negotiate yourself) wasn't bad enough, they will accept bids that are SUBSTANTIALLY WORSE THAN OFFERS ALREADY ACCEPTED...how can a game so driven by numbers be this way? There needs to be an option to assert that we can get a better deal when protesting transfers, and simply better AI.

I've just noticed that Tactical/Technical are no longer highlighted attributes for GK coaching. Does anyone know if they're still relevant at all?

Wow...disabling first window now completely stops you doing anything, even offering trials, as opposed to eliminating the budget. This makes no sense from a realism standpoint as some leagues (like National League) doesn't even have a transfer window, and clubs can and do sign anyone up to January IRL. Seems like a pointless change.

If you let us know your specs I can tell you if it would be worth upgrading and with what specifically. Even a 7 year old Intel platform is well worth upgrading.

Why are players still shutting down in predictable moments? I can't be the only one who's experienced this over the past few years.
Typically when the ball hits the woodwork, players will stand around like melons for up to two seconds as if the ball has gone out of play, and often miss out on easy potential rebound goals.
And the other situation is after the opposing team take possession after a free kick / corner. Players are far too slow to stop sitting in/around their box even with a more defensive mentality, often relying on the last man on defence to get beaten before they decide they need to haul back and get in position.

I'm noticing a lot of goals both for me and the AI coming from perfect long balls up the pitch. Typically from a defender a fair way into their own half, straight to a striker who's able to finish one on one.
Is this happening at higher levels of football? So far I've only played up to National League South. Either way, it doesn't seem right that defenders are so inept at dealing with it.

National League South, signed a player on a free. Said he was granted a conditional British work permit, but still has the Wp status and I can't even use him in a friendly? Is there something I'm missing here?

Thanks. So is it only permissible with 6 months remaining, or can it be done at any time? I don't recall having this happen in thousands of hours of previous iterations.

Is it a bug that an Irish club have been able to offer a contract to my player when he still has just under 6 months remaining?

Playing as Poole, have U23 squad but no fixtures. Set U23 manager to arrange friendlies every week but he never does, had this same issue in FM17 with Ebbsfleet and many have reported it. What's the deal with this? Considering you can arrange friendlies yourself, it makes no sense that they couldn't be done automatically.

Unfortunate that I can't get it refunded as this is terrible, so many pointless changes. Why are filters for staff search forced into their own window? Why am I forced to see a bloated screen between highlights with an overload of information? Why is there a burning desire to hide everything possible behind more clicks even though screen resolutions are only getting higher? Why has "He certainly didn't mean that!" returned with a vengeance in my very first game? Why is there another GK training category? Wonder what else I'm going to find after only playing for 45 minutes...sort it out SI.

It's so frustrating that practically every other match the AI is starting out with a 4-3-3 Narrow, and this is EFL Championship level (including 2030 Messi-led Norwich). If not that there's also a propensity for a literal 3-4-3 with 3 outright strikers and ML/R, as opposed to wingbacks. Please make it bloody stop.
