  1. *Loan manager plays a bigger part and works with data analysts to provide feedback on potential loan moves, for example brighton would suit this player because they play positive football and 5 at the back etc etc.

    * I also feel you should be able to have a conversation with a player you're in talks with to discuss you ambitions and style of play, of course wage is a big thing but if you impress the player in these talks this could be the deciding factor. Joao felix is an incredible player but I feel simeone limits his game so if you play defensive football certain players might not want to come to you if that makes sense.

*An option to pay for private jets for players travelling for international duty may be a good option to, to give them more time to prepare for the next game.

*It would be good if players do interviews praising your style of play and flirting with a move, this could then in hand make negotiations easier.

  3. I read an article the other day stating that Bournemouth were owed 16 million pounds for tyron mings in instalments. According to the report Bournemouth have a agreed a loan for 16 million with a bank. So they now have the money up front and are paying the loan back over a few years with the instalments Aston Villa owe them for mings. Would it be a good idea to add an option where you could ask your board if this type of loan could be agreed? It could help if you wanted the funds up front to pay for a player you desperately wanted. Rather than wait for the instalments.

  4. when a contract offer is accepted by a player and then another club comes in and offers more, would it be a good idea if the player prefers your club that the agent offers your club the chance to match the contract? Also players preferences could be amended if they prefer a city or a managers style of play.
