  1. Cheers I'll give the graphics folder tip a try!
  2. No worries, can't have it all I suppose! I did say I wanted attributeless To add another to your popup struggles, the 'Wnt' 'FrA' etc. cut off the attributes when hovering over (not that I can see them anyway ). I doubt this would really be an issue though, others aren't going to be going backward and forward like I am trying to break it but just for your awareness. It doesn't cut off the per/90 metrics though.
  3. Sorry if asked, but is there a way to see changes without reloading the skin each time? I know nothing of skinning but I'd like to have a little play around but having to reload the skin every time you make a change (to see if it's worked) seems arduous.
  4. Cheers! I probably should have prefaced my comment saying that I thought I was being clever by trying that already but it didn’t work! When I next get on I’ll try that again but also clear the cache and see if that works. Edit: no joy with clearing the cache either.
  5. Hi Ben couple questions: 1. screenshot below is on the player popup with no attributes showing, is this just a resolution limitation? Or do I need to adjust the popup size generally? I'm on 1920x1080 85% zoom. As far as I can tell (I haven't progressed far enough yet) the per/90 metric works as they're showing the ' - ' until enough data is produced. 2. is there a simple way to make this attributeless? As you've already got the coloured boxes on the player profile is there a way to hide the attribute numbers?
  6. It is normal, yes, as this is the colour that has been selected for the low attribute. You can change the colours within the game if you like (see below). If you go to preferences and in the search bar at the top search for "skin colours" (or your language equivalent I guess) you can then you can change the 'low attribute' colour.
  7. Honestly a phenomenal skin, great work mate. I've been a huge fan and admirer of the star attributes skin as I like to play this way, but a quick question if I can please. I play in windowed mode, so the 'full fat' graphical skin doesn't display the boxes on my laptop screen (I understand this is my choice, the numerical is fine), but can you let me know what the differences or 'sacrifices' are in the 1440 graphical skin? From what I can tell the player profile loses: the "performance" tab player bio (wording at the top) backroom advice tab is split into training and medical tabs Is there anything else from the player profile or other screens/matchday? If it's just the above then that's a fantastic compromise!
  8. Update looks nice! I have same issue as above for all clubs (no key employees or trophies) using same resolution and windowed. I also have to use the skin in 85% to see most of the player profile options but appreciate that could be a limitation of this type of skin with the screen I have. Another issue see below. When on a player profile, if you click onto a different tab then back to the performance/tactics/progress tabs the attributes start to get hidden. Once you leave the profile and go back they reappear until clicking onto another tab again. Edit: The above also happens when hovering over the icons as below Edit: And one which isn't really an issue just for completeness, but when hovering over the headings they turn into a solid background (this may be intended), and some of them show the clickable mouse icon.
  9. As title. I purchased through a lower league club shop but have no interest in the sleeve so it will only end up in the bin. I know there are some that collect the cases, or if someone was purchasing a digital code as a gift could put it inside the sleeve, so if anyone wanted it it's yours. I'll pop a 2nd class stamp on and post it within the UK. Goes without saying that this does not include the digital download code.
  10. Probably one of the most innovative skins I've seen for FM, a fresh approach that can really give a new lease of life to an otherwise repetitive UI. Really nice work. I haven't purchased the game yet but this skin alone could convince me otherwise! Is it easy enough to modify the attribute sections yourself? I notice there is no attribute showing for aggression, maybe something others may want to add in/replace in one of the sections (e.g. replacing leadership for aggression under Aerial). Looking forward to your next set of updates.
  11. Genuinely for the life of me do not know why SI don't finally remove the goalkeeper/outfield rating on this screen. It would provide so much more needed space for the PPMs to sit into it. Grinds my gears every year that this redundant piece of information makes it into the game when it's just to remove a few lines of code.
  12. Did you try and make the 5 subs within the 3 stoppages allowed? So if you make 3 separate subs (e.g. sub 1 on 60:00, sub 2 on 65:00, sub 3 on 70:00) you wouldn't be able to make subs 4 and 5 because you've used all 3 stoppages. However, if you make subs for example sub 1 on 60:00, sub 2 and 3 on 65:00, sub 4 and 5 on 70:00 this would meet the criteria of 5 subs within 3 stoppages.
  13. Hi all, started my Serie A journey with an updated database (post-summer transfers) with Fiorentina as they sacked their manager about 6 months into the first season. I've just finished the 22/23 season and a few highlights below. Serie A Board expectation was to finish in the top half, but we went on to finish 4th place. It was a much closer race than it looks and it wasn't secured until the penultimate match where Roma dropped points to Parma, which was handy as our last game of the season was against Roma and that could have been set up for quite the finale! xG table for the season below. Transfers Notable transfers during the Summer window: Out Luka Jovic - Tottenham - £18.75m | I could not get him performing for us and he was a high earner. Decided to cash in and invest those funds elsewhere In Pierre Kalulu - Milan - Loan £11.5m, future fee £13.5m | Rating: 5*; an exceptional pick-up by us, slotted straight into the first team as a CB and never put a foot wrong. Versatility a great addition to his game Marco Carnesecchi - Atalanta - £10m (rising to £13.5m) | Rating: 5*; our keeper for the previous season was Gollini on loan so we needed a first team addition. Board wasn't happy with the fee but having won the goalkeper of the year award I think we did well. Serie A 'Advanced Goalkeeping' scattergraph below shows his worth to us. Antony - Ajax - £32m | Rating: 3.5*; paid the release clause as one thing I found out from the first season was we lacked creativity and goal-threat. Antony didn't set the league alight as I would have hoped. Did okay, but his output wasn't as high as expected. Wilfried Gnonto - Zurich - £5m (rising to £6.5m) | Rating: 4*; was looking for depth in attack and this guy popped up on my analytics search. Young and Italian, can play in all positions cross the front and ended the season with 9 goals largely coming on as a sub. Also named U19 attacker of the year. Joaquin Piquerez - Palmeiras - £3.5m (rising to £4.7m) | Rating 4.5*; needed backup and competition for left-back and he was excellent for us. Italian second nationality helped and coincidentally was on loan at Fiorentina in the 16/17 season. Notable transfers for Winter transfer window: Out Dodo - Atletico Madrid - £28m | An exceptional player for us and not one I wanted to sell, but player wanted the move and became unsettled. Key player departed. Arthur Cabral - Sporting - £20m | Similar to Jovic, I couldn't get the best out of him in a system I was happy with and decided to move him on. Jhonathan Ikone - Brighton - £11.5m | Was not performing for me and wasn't getting the game time. Giacomo Bonaventura - Zenit - £4.2m | Quite a controversial sell from the board and fans, but was 33 years old and not featuring as much as required Cristiano Biraghi - Man. Utd - £17.5m | Piquerez was getting more and more game time over Birgahi, who I didn't intend on selling, but Man Utd came in on deadline day which unsettled him. The wrong side of 30 so decided to cash in In Calegari - Fluminense - £11.25m | Rating N/A: so with Dodo going out I needed a replacement and opted for another Brazilian. Turned out I couldn't register him for some reason I still don't know, but I had to loan him out for the remainder of the season. He will be 'like a new signing' for next season though. Gabriele Zappa - Cagliari - £2.8m (rising to £3.8m) | Rating 4*; with Calegari unable to be registered needed a rightback and desperately. Zappa stood out with his performances for Cagliari and we picked him on for a very good fee. I was delighted with his performances as a last minute recruit. Anthony Martial - Man. Utd - £8.75m (rising to £10m) | Rating 3.5*; despite thinking we may have blown our wage budget on him, we're actually only paying him £2k p/w! We got Man. Utd to pay £125k p/w toward his salary! However... I didn't play him in his preferred position for large parts of the season and he has now requested to leave... At worst we'll make a profit after 6-months. Kelvin Yeboah - Genoa - £31m (rising to £40m) | Rating 3.5*; one of our most expensive transfers yet but settled pretty quickly. Did very well at Genoa and only 23 years old. Unsure which position I will have him play regular, either an inside forward or as the lone-striker. Leaning toward the inside forward. Squad How the squad looked by the end of the season I want to single out Nicolas Gonzalez as the best player in this team. An absolutely phenomenal player who carried us on many occasions! He outperformed his xG by 10 goals over the season! Probably not sustainable, but the first name on the team sheet. His versatility and all-round ability did go against him for parts of the season as I was playing him in positions across the front as required but when moving him to the central DLF role he was incredible with 8 goals and 5 assists in his final 8 appearances in that role - a reason why I upset Martial as Gonzalez was undroppable from here. Tactics Below is how we finished the season playing and it resulted in our best form all year. I had toyed with a 4-4-2, a 4-2-3-1 , a 4-5-1 but the 4-3-3 was what suited us best in defense, transition and attack. Next Season We'll need to bring in re-enforcement's for next season with the below positions and their priority levels (1 - low, 5 - high) GK - 1 RB - 1 (assuming we can register Calegari!) LB - 4 (lack of depth) CB - 3.5 (will lose van Hecke from loan and I expect we will sell Igor so need a couple for depth) DM - 3 (Fagioli loan extended, but we don't have much by way of depth) MC - 5 (our priority in the transfer window. Tchouameni will go, Duncan will get sold which will leave us short on numbers. I would like two first-team players) RW - 2.5 (we have players capable playing here, but I would like a left-footer as backup to Antony) LW - 2 (unlikely to need to invest in this area) STC - 2 (Gonzalaez will retain his place here for the time being unless a quality forward becomes available and we have capable stand-ins. Perhaps a 'Plan B' option will be useful)
  14. The closest I think you'll find is if you go to the player's profile and then reports > form this might give you some of the data you're after. It will list the position used in each game and then a bunch of stats for that particular game. It will be more a manual exercise to analyse the performances, particularly if doing it over a few different players, but you can probably make some conclusions this way.
