[How can I change which teams qualified to the 2022 World Cup?]

[Adding New Club into MLS]

Apologies if this is covered elsewhere...

I have created a new club (San Francisco 49ers)  in the Pre-Game editor.  I have attempted to add them to the MLS but with no success so far.

I removed LAFC from the MLS and replaced them with the new club.  In the editor the 49ers are showing as being in the MLS under Teams and Teams For Next Season while LAFC are not.  However.... every time I start a new game LAFC are in the MLS are the 49ers aren't there.  They exist as a club, just not in any league.

It's probably worth pointing out I've done multiple other edits relating to other clubs and they have all been loaded. (I am aware that I need to enable the Editor Data file prior to loading the new game).

I've attached screenshots of what I've done in the editor. I assume I'm missing a step somewhere along the line but i can't think what that may be.  I'd really appreciate any help with this.

I've done this before but I've somehow forgotten....

Can someone please remind me where the default no face pics are stored so I can change them?  I've done the one for players and coaches evidently but for female staff I still get this... (pic attached)

Apologies if this has been asked before but I want to add a new club into the MLS Western Conference.  Do I need to remove one of the existing teams or does the game automatically adjust for this?  I did this years ago but I've forgotten what I did then to make it work.

Apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I've just finished my 1st regular season with Ibiza in Spanish Second Division B1.  We won the league but, according to the competition rules, we only qualify for the promotion play-offs rather than automatic promotion.  However....it looks like the play-off games are scheduled during the squad end of season break...?! 

Anyone know what the score is with these play-offs???

How about graphics changes (face pics,backrgrounds, etc)?? Does the game map to the new location when you copy the files over...???

Perfect! I knew I could copy the files over but I was just a bit worried it would effect the running of the game.

Probably a daft question, and apologies if it's been asked before, but can you change where games are saved?  My PC is probably on its last legs so it would be good to save the games to an external hard drive so I don't lose them.  I'm juts not sure if I would have to copy the entire Steam folder across for it to work too....??

Is there a set schedule for when these happen for each nation, or is it just a random regeneration?   Do they all happen at once or do different nations get them at different times through the year?

My save game crashed as I tried to save it last night.  I didn't think too much of it, this had happened before and I'd saved it half an hour or so previous anyway. However when I went to load it this afternoon, it longer appears in the game folder.  On my Steam account there is clearly a record of the game:

I just have no way of actually loading it.  I looked in \AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\cloud\games and \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\games. Both folders are empty.  My tactics are saved but not the game.  I also checked my Recycle Bin in case I'd somehow inadvertently deleted it but there was nothing there to restore.

If anyone has any idea how I can retrieve the game I'd be very grateful.  Obviously I was having a great season.  This wouldn't have happened if I'd been doing ****!
