I'm looking to replicate the current tactical set up at Man Utd. Solskjaer seems to favour a 4231 formation and is implementing a core identity.
United often attack with a 325 shape:
Striker
Left Back Inside Forward Attacking Midfielder Winger
Holding Midfielder Holding Midfielder
Centre Back Centre Back Fullback
I am looking to emulate this with the following FM roles, duties and tactical style:
GK (D) De Gea
FB (D) Wan-Bissaka
WB (S) Shaw
BPD (D) Maguire
BPD (D) Lindelof
BWM (D) McTominay
DLP (S) Pogba
AM (S) Fernandes | Close Down More and Move into Channels
IF (A) Rashford | Close Down More
W (S) James | Close Down More
DLF (A) Martial | Close Down More
Balanced Mentality
In Possession: Pass Into Space, Play Out Of Defence, Higher Tempo
In Transition: Distribute to Centre Backs, Counter, Counter-Press
Out Of Possession: Higher Defensive Line
Does this style and combination of roles and duties offer a fair reflection of United's current play style? - I'd be grateful for any contributions or recommendations to create an accurate reflection of Solskjaer's real life approach.

Thank you for the guidance.
What would your setup look like for the 3412?
Also, in the 4231 - do you think there is a split press amongst the front 4?
