[Competitions not completing/starting]

I'm currently managing Feyenoord in 2028, a save which I've had since the start of FM21. Last season (2027/28), I qualified for the Europa Conference League playoffs. I completed these play offs and won all of my games, but the group stage draw was never made, meaning there was no Europa Conference League competition for Feyenoord or ANY team the entirety of the season, after completion of the play offs. This same issue happened in the same season with the KNVB Cup (Dutch Cup), meaning neither my team nor any other team entered it that season. The Eredivisie went ahead as normal and after winning it, I am now mid-July 2028 and the Eredivisie fixtures have still not been drawn and it seems that FM thinks the 2027/28 season is still ongoing due to the fact that several competitions have not been completed. Under my competitions tab I have both Europa Conference League and Champions League which can't be right, and it says I'm due to enter the KNVB Cup on 26/10/2027 (nearly a year ago!). I've attached some photos but really don't want to lose this long term save as you'll understand! Any help really appreciated, thanks.
