As per the title, at the pre-season meeting I tell the players that some of them will have to leave the club. Some accept the situation and promise to not complain about it.
But when I actually put them on the transfer list, they do complain and there is no way to handle the situation: they'll reject any incoming offers or possibilities, no matter what you do (intermediary, put them on the unwanted list, change the player's schedule, etc.) and the rest of the team is "against" me for forcing those players to leave.
I've restarted a new game several times but always get the same result, so it's not a single save occurrence.(screenshots are from two different saves)
