So... I have 'finally' decided on my transfers, and I have finished pre season.

In; Luis, De Ligt, Sancho, Boadu. £282,500,000
Out; James, Dalot, Lindelof, Bailly, Martial, Romero, Smalling, Pereira (GK). 205,000,000.

Reduced wages too, and because Sanchez ... well... he is still at the club but on a new contract. Two years with a 60% reduction in his wages.

Damn thought you would of got more than 205m for all of them

    I play with two - 4231 and a 4123.

The 4231 has Maddison (AP) and McTominay (BWM) behind Fernandes (AM) with Rashford (IF) on the left and Sancho as a winger on support on the right. Dembele through the middle as AF.

For the 4123 I play Declan Rice as a DM and have Maddison and Fernandes as two number eights.

In my 4-2-3-1I have the right aml(sancho) as a W-A and the left one(Rashford) as a W-S and have them both to swap during games, works really well and sancho does most of his good football on the right side, I only have them to swap as it gives the defence something to think about when they keep popping up on different sides

I have a tight wage structure at United. Other then De Gea, no player is on a weekly wage of more than £180k a week. I believe this is vital for keeping players motivated.

However, in June 2021 Ousmane Dembele is attainable from Barcelona. Chelsea have made a huge bid (£116m) and are prepared to pay him £235k a week. I can match the fee but he won’t join us for anything less than £300k a week.

He is a player that I could do with as Jadon Sancho is not convincing as a right winger. I’m also worried about Chelsea as a title rival should they get him.

Question - is he worth smashing my wage structure for?

Definitely not from my experience. Takes a bit of tweaking but Sancho can be great on teh right. What formation are you playing?

  4. Youth Development Season 6 Review

It hasn been a mixed season again, good in some aspoects and not so good in others, but we will come to that. I spent the summer thinking about transfers, who should go and who needs to come in, but really didn't do much business either way.

    lvbaAUR.jpg

No signings were made by either myself, Phelan or the DoF and even our new owners didn't buy anyone so thats good, I was worried when I saw were were getting new owners after my experience with that pn my other save but they left my squad alone. Best bit of business was selling that Turkish kid, the DoF Signed him a couple of sJanuarys ago for 16.5m, so I have been developing him and giving him a few games here and there and his value shot up, Chelsea were after him but only offered me 20 less than what the Chinese club did so he went to them. so around 50m profit I'll take that.

    Youth Intake

It once again wasn't the best intake, not sure whats happened the last few years, were not getting anyone that has really good potential anymore after the 1st 2 years of greatness. I know it's not often you get amazing potential players coming through, but a couple of 4* potentials would be nice every couple of years haha.

    ESzUDrz.jpg

    Competition Performance

    Community Shield - won 2-1 v Tottenham

Carabao Cup - We reclaimed the trophy after 3 years beating  Watford, Middlesbrough, Southampton and Leeds on the way to facing Arsenal in the Final

    nYojx5U.jpg

FA Cup - We were knocked out  in the 4th round by newcastle in another disappointing perfomance in a cup I haven't won yet on this save

Premier League - Was a disppointing performance in the league really, yes Spurs were on fire but we should have done better than 3rd. Greenwood was top scorer though for the 3rd seaosn running with 30 goals again lol

    hxMiTZK.jpg

Champions League - This and the Carabao cup are my most successful competitions on this save and that carried on this season as we won it again for the 3rd time. We had a group of Galataaray, Inter and Slavia Prague where we won all but 1 to book a 1st knockout round v Dortmund, we beat them 3-2 on aggregate.Next up was PSG, was a tough tie but we beat them 4-3 on aggregate to face Madrid in the Semis. Again it was a tough tie but we overcame them 3-2 to book a final place versus Milan

    nEq7TTp.jpg

Not so tough this time haha. Fun fact, in this save after 6 seaosns only English sides have won the trophy, us 3 times, Liverpool twice and Arsenal once

    Squad Stats

    OItqGkZ.jpg
    ajJb7yq.jpg

Another fantastic performance from Greenwood and Fernandes.Greenwood should have beaten last years tally of 50 but before the champions league final he had gone 7 games without scoring, Theres always next season haha.

Overall Best 11 of the Save

    UIRqUGV.jpg

The squad is getting smaller each year, I also think it;s starting to weaken a bit so I might sign a couple of players in the summer, need to assess the u23s and u18s first though. I am considering selling Bruno, which after his last 2 seasons is crazy as he's just got better each year, but there'sother players itching to play in his position, I'm not sure what to do as he is captain as well, but he is 30 now and this is a youth development save so he is standing in the way of youth progression..... But I love him hahahahaha

Anyway, got the Club World Cha,pionships starting in a couple of weeks so no quiet summer for the squad just yet

Inclined to believe it's a PI instruction, is move into channels already selected for a f9 role? if not it maybe that, then again AF works with greenwood aswell. Maybe it is your tactics that work better, interesting.

No idea for a f9 role, but it is for a PF one, but he has that trait anyway so he would do it no matter the PI's. Yeah on my other save he was an AF and did well but again nothing like he is doing for me as a PF on this save. I am just coming up to the January transfer windown and he already has 30 goals this season, if he stays injury free he could smash last seasons tally, if I remember correctly he only has around 22 at this time last season

  6. 9 hours ago, BigV said:

90 goals in 2 seasons is disgusting for that age of 22, could he be better as a complete forward or does his heading/jump reach kinda falter him a little?

I have tried him as a CF in this tactic but it doesn't come close to how he does as a PF, I'm not quite sure why. Perhaps it is his aerials but as you can see I have been trianing them up,

Yeah it’s worked out quiet well, I just need to find a way to get the wide men playing how I want I.e. not dribbling inside and shooting all the time

I still haven't completely managed it but in my latest version of that tactic they do it much less often

  7. Youth Development Season 5 Review

Let us begin with the transfers this season. Firstly I decided not to sell Rashford, instead I decided to rotate him more with Bellingham. He still annoyed me, but I didn't want to have to face him

    iMPPCwP.jpg

My DoF and HoYD went out in search of some young talent to bring in and nuture, they found 3 tasty looking ones. I personally brought in Sessegnon as a straight swap for the departing Shaw. Even though he is an AML on the game he is full green for wing back and I retrained him as well for that position. It was a costly signing but when we had over 600m in the kitty I didn't care much haha.

The youth intake was a bit kinder to us this season as we managed to get a CB with decent potential... AT LAST!!

    3FQJAbM.jpg

Not much else of quality in there though

    Competition Performance

Euro Super Cup - Won 5-2 v Tottenham - Nice way to start the season and Greenwood starting as he intended to go on with 3 goals

Carabao Cup - Lost on pens to Liverpool after a 2-2 draw in the 4th round - They went on to win it

FA Cup - Lost 2-0 to Chelsea in the Quarter Finals

Champions League - Lost 3-2 in the Final to Liverpool(argh) - So close to 2 years in a row

Premier League - Outstanding performance, breaking team rcords on the way and Greenwood finishing top scorer again with 30 goals

    Squad Stats for the Season

    uw7ywRh.jpg
    Ogm0c3c.jpg
    0KtNnSV.jpg

Greenwood just keeps getting better and better and is now getting close to Messi and Ronaldo level after scoring 40 last seaosn and now 50 this season, he isalso only a 100 or so behind Rooneys record, if he keeps at this level he will be United top scorer in aorund 2 seaosns.

Next season I think I will be selling a few players on, some of the youngsters need  more game time, not sure yet. Will decide that over the summer

  8. Youth Development Season 4 Review

So the aim of this season was to build on the promise of last season. Well there was some improvement but also some backwards steps.

Firstly, lets start off with the transfers made over the season
    rwdmWfN.jpg

The only icoming were made by Phelan I think, maybe the DoF, for the future and whoever it was chose well as they are fine prospects.
As you can see, I finally managed to sell DDG, I let him have his testamonial and then offered him out and Wolves were the only team to come in for him so I let him go to them as his contract was up at the end of this seaosn. Got some nice money for James but was a little disappointed in the fee for Ching but he wasn't playing much so it was ok.

I have been tinkering with the tactic again to try and get it stronger in attack and produce a better conversion rate, so throughout the seaosn it was never full familiarity which did hamper the results at times and also made us weaker in defence,, although selling De Gea might have had a bigger impact on that than the tactic, so next seasons challenge is to improve the defensive side haha.

Our Youth intake was once again terrible, seems we were spoilt in the first couple of seasons
    NzJx94p.jpg

    Competition Performance

Communty Shield - Lost 3-2 to Arsenal

Carabao Cup - Lost in the Final on pens to Chelsea after drawing 2-2 - So close to keeping hold of the trophy for another year

FA Cup - Lost 3-2 after ET to Aston Villa - That was a disappointment, was hoping to at least get to the Final

League - Not as good as last year, we were unable to retain the title after losing too many games with me tinkering again, we seemed to turn those draws that held us back in the 1st couple of seaosns, into losses this time lol

    C8lmANI.jpg
But 4th is ok, we hit the boards targets at least so keeps them happy and for the second season running we had the top scorer, Rashford last year with 26 and Greenwood this year with 25

Champions League - For the 2ndA time in 3 seaosns we have won the trophy, which is very pleasing. We are definitely on the right track, this young squad can go vary far.
    5vg6gMb.jpg

    Squads Performance

    d5FFmJr.jpg
    DzCmuQV.jpg
    8UMqCwt.jpg

Next season I think it is time for Shaw and Rashford to move on. Shaws stats are declining and Williams is only good enough for backup, so need a new starter. I am reluctant to let Rashford go as he is deadly and I don't want to have to play against him, but I am sick of him constantly cutting in and shooting from stupid angles instead of passing to players in much better positions. ANd before anyone says it, yes I have tried him with different roles, positions, PIs, team instructions, mentality etc and he still does the same thing., because of his traits which I can't get him to forget  I will only sell him abroad though and onlyfor the right price. I am happy to keep him as backup but he won't like that.

There will probably be others leaving but not sure yet. We have a provisional transfer budget of 602m for next season, so there's plenty of money to strengthen the LB position and one more if I need anyone, not that I do, even if I do sell Rashford. I have about 10 players who can take his spot lol

This season at the World Cup we had 8 players in the England squad, I'm hoping we can get a few more in there this year.

Oh I meant to say in my save I came across something I know is in the game but haven’t seen before.

I had a message appear saying that Man City had poached a player from my youth system (prior to being a newgen) so I’ve made a mental note of the lads name and I’m gonna be looking for him when the next youth intake roles around

    Never seen that before

  10. Youth Development Season 3 Review

Last seasons performance in the league was really bad, the amount of draws were unacceptable. So I set about changing that with a new philiosphy, although technically it was an old one, but new for this team. 4-2-3-1 formation, keep tight at the back and attack with speed and numbers looking to overpower teams. I supose that has always been the philosphy but hasn't really worked so far this save, but I tinkered far too much with tactics over the firt 2 years, no I am more settled with what I want and will stick to it, even if it doesn't work at first. The players need to grow into it without the constant changing.

Transfers - There was only 1 first teamish incoming, that was Rooney, but hewas signed primarily as an u18s coach but with a player/coach contract for his last season as he is set to retire. So another legend added to the backroom staff. There were a few signings made by the DoF for the u18s but nothing else from me.

Heading out was Dalot for 24.5m to Hertha Berling and TFM for12.25m to Hoffenheim, plus a load of loans as usual.

The youth intake was very unkind to us this year, no one of any note in a ny position.

    q989Nf7.jpg

I'm not going to go into a full scale review like I have done before as I am too tired right now and want to get on to the next season. SO here is how we did in the competitions.

European Super Cup - Lost 2-1 to Barcelona after ET - we held on and almost got pens but Dembele scored the winner in the 121st minute right before full time.

FA Cup - Lost 2-0 to City in the Semi Finals - Goals don't reflect how the game went and we were unlucky to lose

    Carabao Cup -

    M8YDtbj.jpg
Reclaimed the trophy we won 2 years ago

Champions League - We failed in keeping hold of the trophy, losing to Dortmund on away goals after drawing 4-4 on aggregate, still pleased as winning it last year was a shock, I had a 5 year plan to restore United to european Champions as I built the clubs foundations up.

    Premier League -

    LBidGYp.jpg

Again a very unexpected win, the board said at the start of the seaosn they wanted a top half finish lol. I would have been happy with just an improvement on last season but we got that and more. It took 3 seasons, but we are once again the best team in England and still got an average age of 22, so lots of time to grow togeteher with new youngsters being added.

    Squad stats -

    IuNEGfm.jpg
    dZ4sPUD.jpg
    puZ9DlW.jpg

I am still trying to sell DDG but he has been transfer listed for since the summer of the second season and no one wants him, I have offered him out and included we'll pay 160k of his wages and still no one has made a sensible offer, so I guess he will be leaving on a free when his contract runs out at the end of next season unless in the summer I can find a buyer.

There will hopefully be a few outgoings this summer, players like Chong and James I am looking to get rid of plus a few others who barely get a game.

Now to build on what we have done and move forward

  11. 3 minutes ago, tolkon said:

yes, he still works like magic for me there, and using Martial and Gomes also as backup at RW

my squad (4-2-4) as of now is:

    DDG

    AWB Maguire Lenglet Junior Firpo

Bruno Camavinga (Hannibal and Garner as backup)

    Zaniolo Rashford

Martial Haaland (tried to give Greenwood more game time)

as you can see, if I want Havertz as starter in my squad I guess I need to change my tactic to 4-2-3-1

have a lot competition at MC, and if I buy Kane the ST will also loaded. On the side note, I also got Cavani on a free transfer at the end of 1st season lol

but the model professional personality from Kane is what I'm looking for, and his already high finishing stat is what I'm concerned, as MCity is one of the clubs that wants him as their forward other than PSG like always

Concentrate on your team, don't worry about what others are doing :)

Ask yourself, do you need to buy either of them? Do you need to buy Havertz, and are you willing to change a winning tactic just so you can fit him in. I have played him out wide thoughon past saves haha. With that front line do you really need Kane or are you just wanting him to stop city getting him? You have to do what's best for the team and if getting so many players in, in one position, would disrupt the harmony in the rdressing room when they don't get games, si it worth it?

Think about it, if you change to a 4-2-3-1 youll have 4 strikers for one spot, yes some of the can play wide but then you already have others who play there, can you keep everyone happy or do you need to sell some, are you willing to sell some to fit others in/.

    Lots to think about haha

  12. 2 minutes ago, tolkon said:

hey, need some advice for my squad here

I'm currently on the beginning of the 3rd season and Kane is available on 80m as he is transfer listed lol

been using 4-2-4 through the 1st until now, and earlier I was able to get Havertz for 81m (release clause or transfer listed, didn't really paying attention lol)

my 1st plan is using 4-2-3-1 with Havertz as No. 10 for this season, but then Kane is available too for only a cheap price

is it worth to get Kane and revert back to 4-2-4 and retrain Havertz as MC, or just let Kane go to other club?

right now Haaland is my 1st choice up front, with Martial and Greenwood as his partner (on 4-2-4)

you don't need Kane if you have those 3, plus I am guessing you still have Rashford

  13. 2 hours ago, MatthewS17 said:

Would it be too unrealistic if I signed Neves to play behind Bruno and Pogba?

In game, his stats are quite close to Carrick's who functioned as the holding midfielder next to Scholes in a midfield two(who we all know wasn't the best in the defensive aspect).

I'm looking for something in the mould of a Busquest. Great defensively, with the ability to pick out passes.

I realize Florentino Luis isn't meant for this role, and Bentancur signed a new deal, and Sandro Tonali is considered average by my scouts after a season long scout where he lost 2 months to injury.

Alll in all, unrealistic or no?

I was going to sign Neves for that role on ym other save, but I deceded in the end to go for Tonali, and I was glad I did, Tonali is a beast, don't always listen to what your scouts say, go by attributes for the role

  14. I just had to :D

    fbxxQZh.jpg

Terrible stats for the role, but I had to add him to Keane, Scholes, Butt, Carrick and the Nevilles and he wouldn't make even a half decent coach so u23 manager it is. I wanted Ole but he is the manager of Swansea so had no chance to get him.

Oh and I have also brought in Rooney as an U18 player/coach

  15. Youth Development Challenge Season 2 Review

After last seaosn, finishing 4th and only 8 points behind the winners Chelsea, much was expected this season. I felt we weren't far behind Chelsea and with a couple of additions to improve the squad, we could close that gap and maybe even surpass them. But we found out this season that there's a big difference between belief and reality.

We only managed to sign one player in the summer, Jadon Sancho for 93m, I was hopeful he would be enough.

Lets start off by our attempt to retain the Carabao Cup shall we? In the first round we were paired against who we overcame 1-0 in a tight match with the majority of u23s and u18s put out. Next up we face Southampton in there backyard. Again it was a tight game and again I put out pretty much the same team as the previous round yet this time we were overpowered by their first team, losing 3-1, the scoreline not reflecting how it went. So that was our run over, not holding on to the trophy. I wasn't really that disappointed considering the side I put out.

Onto the FA Cup and this time we did much better than last years 4th round exit. We beat Oldham, Fulham, Southampton and Brighton pretty easily giving us a match up against Everton in the Semis. At this point, Everton had won the Championship very easily, losing only 3 games. So we expected a potentially tough game. This one went all the way ending 2-2 in normal time then a firther goal each in extra time led to a penalty shoot out, where we scored all 4 of our penalties with Everton missing 2. So we were through to the Final where we faced up against possibly one of the best Liverpool sides ever. We held our own taking it all the way to penalties after a 0-0 draw in 120 minutes. Unfortunatly we lost the penalty shootout 4-2 with both Rashford and Greenwood missing out.

Now where do I start with the league? as I said before, we expected to improve on last season, and in a way we did, we closed the gap on Chelsea, unfortunatly Chelsea were terrible compared to last season. Last year we ruined our season by drawing too many, well this season we did the same but even worse.

    RK52PhW.jpg

We were pretty hard to beat most of the season but we failed too many times to find winners in certain games we should be winning, we even lost and drew to teams who ended in the bottom 3. I take a lot of the blame because I kept tinkering with tactics leading to no familiaroty a lot of the time.  As you can see below we had a very bad spell and I feared for my job, but thankfully the board never really had wanted to get rid of me and were content with how it was going, I was still on course to match their visions for the season.... Just about

    wMvEHIO.jpg

I was wrong about Sancho being the only signing would be enough, injuries to key players didn't help and our defence was left in tatters in one spell. SO in January I went out and brought in Ben Godfrey from Norwich. I tried to sign Tomori from Chelsea but they wanted 113m after a lot of negotiatings and I wasn't willing to pay that for a defender. So I went and got Godfrey, although I still paid 85m rising to 135m. But 50m of that is after hes scored 50 league goals LOL. But he instantly improved our defence and him and Axel formed a good partnership. Unfortunatly that meant Mengi had to sit out more than I would have like but he still got his fair share of chances.

The last remaining competition we were in was the Champions league, which Liverpool had won the last twice. With our squad, which has an average age of 20, we weren't expecting much and we were given a tough group with Juventus, Monaco and Hoffenheim, but we managed to top the group on goal difference over Juventus.

In the 1st knockout round we faced Dortmund who beat us 1-0 in the first leg but we smashed 3-0 in the second leg to face PSG. This game was arguably the best game of the season as you can see below.

    FmMfF5S.jpg

2-0 down after 9 minutes and we were facing a destruction with Neymar having a field day down our right, so instantly completely changed our tactic and we stormed back. In the second leg we smashed 4-0 at Old Trafford to finish 92 on aggregate. That was awesome and the lads were high on confidence. Nxt up we faced Chelsea in the Semis Final. The first leg was ctight and we drew 1-1 giving us the away goal. In the second leg we stormed into a 3-0 lead in 40 mins only for them to pull one bacj before halt time. That led to a tense second half in which they pulled another one back thanks to an unlucky Godfrey og,. It set up a tense last 23 mins as they pushed for the one goal to knock us out. But thankfully we held on to book a place in the final to face Arsenal who beat Bayern.

    wuFglp4.jpg

This young squad are now European champions!! It's been a long, toug season but we ended with a great finish and gives me a lot of hope for the future.

    3DYBv4u.jpg
    Jcfv9xc.jpg
    jPhGL16.jpg

The 2 lads from the youth intake who were thrown straigh into the first team were played a few times and held their own. Walker even became the youngest Champions League scoring, scoring against Chelsea in the Semi Final. The futuredefinitely looks bright for him.

I will be more prepared for the next seaosn this time, the summer is all about building a tactical framework for going forward, I don't want to have to do it all again mid season like this year. I want them all prepared and familiar so we can actualy stop drawing so many games and not have the same slump.

Oh and after we got through that bad slump before and around chrsitmas and got our form back, I actually asked the board for a new contract which they were happy to offer me as my contract was up in the summer, so they are obviously happy with how it's progressing, so thats good and means I can make mistakes as we develop this squad.

A few players will be off in the summer, Dalot and De Gea if I cna get a buyer this time, Henderson has shown he is ready to take over after performing great when he has stepped in. Not sure about signing this summer, still working out what I need and who is/isn't ready for the first team throught our squads

  16. Chambers will take till hes about 25 but he could be a decent backup cb if you develop him well.

Hubburd could make a pretty good rb if you train him as a CWB for a couple of years with extra training on quickness, then when he's 19/20 if he's not developed enough you could change it to BPD, at least then he would be very versatile, that's how I would go about developing him

  17. 8 minutes ago, BigV said:

Wp, how've you managed to do that? when you say well you mean by rating or by statistics like assists and goals?

Looks like I need tinkering then, I was speaking in general that people dismiss more than 1 playmaker when it does work on some occassions, think of it as prime barca with busquets, xavi and iniesta (all 3 considered playmakers) and you can technically work it using tika taka if you have the right players.

That's strange, you reckon it's a bug/ME issue? infact I want mine to usually cut in and they never do unless they have the trait, mine always go run wider than they are to just plow a cross in, IF's would suit him better but it seems they cut in too much, same with IW.

I don't think the ME has the wide men, attackers and defenders working properly, I have the same problem with my full backs, even though I set them up to play and stay wide plus overlap, they will still do a giggs v arsenal semi final run minus the finish and the chest hair. between them the full backs either side must have at least 8 shots per game from cutting in when they are told not to

  18. 1 minute ago, sedge11 said:

Walker looks really good. You need to get some luck and other positions coming through with good potential.

Yeah it's annoying that we are just getting good attacking players, the best CB we have had in 2 intakes is 3 stars. But add walker and ratcliffe, to rashford, sancho, greenwood and bellingham and there is the furture of the english attack right there

  19. 3 minutes ago, Spiegel said:

    Strikers look promising!

Walker has good attributes in pretty much all the key areas.

Ratcliffe shouldn't need much mentoring as he has an ideal personality. Two footed aswell!

Yeah, going to have fun Developing them, especially Ratcliffe, He's going to be able to play anywhere in my front 4 pretty much

Walker has already made his debut for the 1st team lol

  20. 2 minutes ago, Mulligan88 said:

Thanks for the advice, i agree it is extremely attacking, and the tactic is working in 19 league games i have won 17, drawn 1, lost 1. scored 48 (best in league) conceded 10 (best in league. and my play makers are working well. its just tinkering it to get more out of sancho and rashford. both have had little niggles throughout the season so maybe they need just a nice run injury free.

the tactic in general produces 50:50 possession, better against lesser teams, worse against better teams, but mostly 50:50. but total shots is always at least 2:1 in my favour same with shots on target.

I would say at some point you will hit a bad patch, high intensity all throughout the seaosn will at some point likely bring  injuries, possibly to key players. I've had a stupid amount of injuries this season compared to last, rather annoying.

TBHit took me a while to get the best out of Sancho, not quite sure I still have yet, Rashford though is my top scorer and he's mostly played on the left until recently.

As long as you are converting enough of those shots, I've had a few games where I've out shot the opposition like 5:1 sometimes higher, but still lost 1 or 2-0 hahaha, can be frustrating at times

  21. Youth Development Season 2 Youth Intake

This seaosn has been a terrible one where we are currently failing to improve on last season, but I will review that at the end of the season. But for now it is time for the youth intake, and its been a mixed bag again.

5 terrible players, 4 potential squad players at best and then to add to last years high potential striker in Bubb, we have recieved 2 potentially excellent strikers. Walker being labelled as possibly one of the best players of his generation. As I did with Bubb last season, both will be added to the 1st team squad straight away and I will be getting them trained and mentored asap. Both have the starting stats to be decent AML/Rs as well. We only have 3 forwards int he squad as it is so they will be well recieved and be decent back up, especially as I am playing 2 up top now.

It's a myth that more than 1 playmakers dont work, the defensive one will work along side pogba as they're both deeper, bruno is working well by looks of his goals and assists. Pogba BBM doesnt work well at all, doesnt even suit the CM positioning really unless he has no one in front of him, anyone tried working him into CAM??

Wingers dont cut in unless they have a trait (cutting inside on both wings) works really well with sancho in a winger position on the right from what i've seen so far.

Yeah getting rid of working the ball into the box is a good shout, seems hes going direct so wont work well with high tempo but then again the ME just allows them to shoot at far distances, bruno and pogba would love those, @Mulligan88 a few tips with logic (doesnt neccesarily mean it works tho)

what do you mean it's a myth?. I am going by my experences. I have used up to 4 playmakers in my sides and any more than 2 hasn't worked very well. Pogba was amazing for me as BBM, most definitely does work.

Wingers without those traits certainly do cut in, I have spent ages trying to stop them doing it, they might not do it always but I have seen them do it a lot. And in his case he has Rashford as a winger, who definitely has that trait and for somereason, even though Sancho doesn't, he cuts inside a lot.

You might not have seem them happen on yours but they have defintely happened on mine
