  1. Ive just finished my second season, real up and down one finishing 3rd in the league. Realistically could have won it but had a poor run of form over Christmas which really let us down! As per usual with Spurs everyone in your side is wanted by every major team around Europe so theres been a lot of change up. Here are my transfers so far for the third season: Ins: Jordan Ibe-26m Jose Gaya-40m Bazoer-19.25m Kingsley Coman-28.5m Outs: Ruben Neves: 37.5 rising to 50m (Signed for 20m) PSG Eric Dier-48.5m Man Utd Son-50m rising to 68m City Alderweireld-22.5 rising to 25m Monaco(Particularly pleased with this fee) Ben Davies-5m Everton Kyle Walker-6.75m Newcastle Geronimo Rulli-34.5m PSG Ive agreed a deal to sign Martial for 26m as well but a bit hesitant about taking him as I've already got Vietto and Ayoze up front and not particularly bothered about selling Ayoze as Martial hasn't developed that well at United. The fees you can get for some Tottenham players is unreal, Last season i got 72m for Harry Kane as well. Hopefully the new squad will knit together well and allow me to win my first League Title.
  2. Ive accepted the bid and managed to bring in Vietto, Stones and Sule so i should be set for a while!
  3. Thats what i thought, just wanted a second opinion! Thanks man
  4. Buying/Selling: Selling Player Name: Harry Kane Your Team: Tottenham Buyer/Seller:Man City Player's Value: 28m Offer: £72m all up front Transfer/Wage Budget: Patch: Latest Season: 16/17
  5. Guys need a quick answer on this, just had a bid from Man City for Harry Kane of £72m all up front, was my top scorer last season with 40 goals. Do i accept?
  6. Personally id look no further than Berardi, he's young Italian and an absolute animal
  7. Completed my transfers ahead of my 4th season, quite happy with the business I've done, added some depth to hopefully allow us to challenge on all fronts Munir and Zivkovic are the most interesting signings, both brought in for extra depth and ill always be able to sell for a profit if they don't work id imagine. Ive been wanting to manage Munir since i first loaded this game so I've finally got the chance and he didn't disappoint bagging 4 in his first appearance in the champions league. Zivkovic is backup for Iturbe and he's started brightly netting a couple of beauties. Most of the outs were free's and loans apart from Darmian who i didn't really want to sell but £29million up front and rising to £44m in instalments was too good an offer really for a full back that is solid if not spectacular and has just had his 27th birthday, moneyball and that wonderful stuff.
  8. At first i thought that they could make it but Marchizza never really got much of a chance and has just left on a free. Bordin was a funny one he always impressed in friendlies but in any other opportunities never really shone and then Horvath and Tielemans just proved better options.
  9. Season three review Season three was an interesting one, with lots of injuries to key players, in particular Berardi who was out for 6 months of the season leaving me short up front, one of the reasons why we struggled to challenge on all fronts this year. We still have a habit of choking at crucial times in the Champions league, this time being knocked out by Liverpool in the first knockout round having dominated the group stage. In the league however we were a completely different animal, finishing the season on a 28 game unbeaten streak including 20 consecutive wins. One of these being a 6-0 triumph over Juventus with Memphis Depay scoring one of the best hat tricks I've ever seen in Football Manager. we equalled the league record of 125 goals whilst conceding the fewest too. Here is the final league table As you can see we had the top 3 goalscorers in the league, with Berardi managing to score 21 in the league in his few appearances with Iturbe and Tielemans contributing heavily on the assist front Squad Statistics Once again the magnificent strike force of Depay, Berardi and Iturbe have done it for us scoring 88 and assisting 48 which is slightly down on last year however we managed to have others contributing slightly more in the goals department with El Shaarawy making a solid start to his Roma career with 11 goals and young striker Silvio Donida scoring 9 including a first senior hat trick. In the assists department my centre mids helped out considerably more in setting up goals with Tielemans becoming an integral part of the team during our unbeaten run and win streak towards the end of the season. Jorginho made an excellent start to his time in Rome with 6 goals and 13 assists and is fast becoming a solid player within our midfield along with Alessandro Florenzi who had another strong campaign with similar numbers to Jorginho. Star Performers 1. Memphis Depay-Once again this kid has been super, scores for fun, often wonder goals too. Best player I've come across this year. 2. Juan Iturbe-Similar to above, scores crucial goals and assists goals for fun, probably my favourite player within this Roma side, will never be sold. 3. Youri Tielemans-Youri made a real impression on Roma in the second half of the season, being our most creative midfielder whilst also chipping in with a few goals. This guy can be something special so i will be doing everything i can to hold onto him Goals for next season Hang on to Memphis Depay. Simple as. Win the Champions league-In order to keep players like Depay, Romagnoli, Iturbe and Berardi happen we have to be challenging the big dogs of Europe in Europe, this season will be our season. Focus on developing young Italian talent to take over from the current crop of players. Sneak peak into the transfers Rumor has it a young man from Barcelona is in talks with Roma A Roma player wants to live the high life in the casinos of Monaco Roma Manager locks Memphis Depay in a cage for the summer in an attempt to keep Bayern away from star man
  10. Buying/Selling: Selling Player Name: Alessio Romagnoli Your Team: AS Roma Buyer/Seller: Chelsea Player's Value: £24m Offer: £15m up front, 22.5m over 12 months and another £10m after 10 international games Transfer/Wage Budget: n/a Patch: Latest Season: 17/18
  11. Full season review coming up, but we won Serie A again, ending with a 27 game unbeaten streak! Now every man and their dog wants my players. Ive just turned down £44million for Balanta from Chelsea
  12. Just equalled the the league record of 17 wins in a row with a 6-2 victory over AC Milan, but in the process Berardi got injured for another 4 months
  13. Depay and Iturbe are unbelievable as inside forwards, they're still working wonders for me. Im currently on this crazy run of form in the league
  14. Ahh thats a blow, you can wait for Jedvaj to come back to play at right back? i can't think of many italian full backs off the top of my head Just had my best series of games, 2 unbelievable wins, all coinciding with Berardi coming back to fitness Between Berardi Iturbe and Depay they scored 27 goals in the 6 games, Glad to see them all finding form at a crucial time
  15. Id go all out for De Sciglio if i were you, especially after missing out on Darmian, either him or Murru
