I submitted a ticket just without the save, hoping you have another way for me to send it.

Sadly i tried that but the save is to big and it just times out at like half way i think.

it seems to corrupt after 17th May 2244, no matter what i do it will save fine but then won't allow that save to be loaded and just crashes.

is there a file limit size? i'm at 1.4gigs and am using the epic store version, i never had this problem with steam or pc game pass  version

yh i installed the game again yes. I've got face packs and logo's and kits installed but these haven't been touched in years, would they cause an issue so far in?

ok still getting corrupt saves, verified the game files as well, last night waited 10 mins before i turned it off but every save i made yesterday is now corrupt, again.

Hmmm ok, i'll keep that in mind, that could've been the issue, don't remember if i did shut pc off straight away after exiting.

i've thankfully got a save that puts me back 7 months, got lucky that onedrive backed it up to the cloud, but i want to know what caused the corruption in first place as i don't wanna lose this save due to user error.

i'm currently on FM22 and am 224 seasons in and my save has corrupt, like all 3 rolling auto saves and the last save overwrite backup is even corrupt.

I've tried to upload it using the Sega 'submit a request' but when uploading the save file its times out.

Is there anyone at SI that can help me at least try and get this save game back as i was looking at going for the GWR in the long term.

You dont need any files to edit in WindowsApps folder for skins, player updates or facepacks.
Then under Preference - Advance - Interface - scroll midle where it says "Reload skins when confirming changes in Preferences" 
Hit Confirm and it should load the faces.

Confirm that for logos/skin etc it al goes in your C:\Users\**youraccountname***\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\graphics just like how it would for Steam version. I done mine all last nigh t as soon as game came out but only thing i can't find is pre game editor.

Are you saying that the game should include more of this? Or that the game presently includes more of what you mentioned than is realistic?

The game for me is on par with things like blocked shots, a striker is designed to shoot when he thinks he has even the smallest chance of hitting the target (which will cause keeper to make a save) if nothing else is on or he's greedy and wants to try score, the shot might go in, it might cause keeper to spill it or knock it out to an on coming player who scores the rebound.

But you said you've never seen someone like Kane just shoot at players and I was saying that its what he does every game in real life, when he had a team mate free but will just shoot and it irritates me but then he has a high volume of shots and goals so what do I know about being a striker.

I get the frustration with players missing the target frequently from a few yards and the ball goes five yards passed the post, in my save I have had that happen a lot but then I can't expect every shot to go in but I do like the match engine but things like the frequency of those missed attempts are annoying, in real life he would've prob scored but then the saying you would've bet your house on him scoring comes to mind.

I apologise if I'm rambling, not very well at the min.

Some things I do like about the ME is the variation in goals, loads of defence splitting passes, one twos, back heels etc

We'll Kane does that pretty much every game, when he gets a sniff at goal he'll just shoot, and it does get blocked, its what he does, why he scores so many goals because he'll just shoot rather then pass , its one thing I hate in his game but then he scores so many goals. On whoscored site you can see he has pretty much same ratio of blocked/off target/on target shot's.
