No luck on that front, same result. Even did a restart between uninstall/reinstall.
However... I've played around a bit and setting the "Open in Low Resolution" checkbox in the Get Info panel of the fm.app executable has allowed the game to open and run correctly!
As can probably be seen in the System Info attached, I do not have a Hi-DPI display attached, so from my point of view this issue is resolved.
