  1. Don't think you'll get many likes for this post from anybody who actually plays for Loch Ness
  2. The tool tip for adaptability when setting up your profile says something to the effect of the higher the manager's adaptability the more likely it is that a team in another country will employ him / her EDIT It actually says "This affects the individual's chances of finding employment n a foreign league, and then whether or not they're likely to succeed there."
  3. Any screen. Tick on the FM button top right hand corner. In the drop down menu you'll see an option "add new manager" EDIT or you can set up multiple managers when you start a new game. You're prompted with this choice.
  4. I'm pretty sure that you can add as many as you want. In this thread @rusty217 says he's played as 26 managers in one save so I guess you'll be fine with five
  5. I think that you may find this thread about moving documents to another file useful
  6. Totally agree about the YouTubers … I’ve given up watching them as they are all too full of themselves and don’t make any meaningful contribution
  7. @axehan1 and @Johnny Ace Thank you both ... Crt and click worked for me EDIT so did just clicking EDIT EDIT I think that I've worked it out. Clicking on a player selects that player but if you want to select multiple players Crt and click is the way to go.
  8. ^^ @Johnny Ace Maybe I didn't do it properly. I'm logged out of the game for today ... I'll try again tomorrow.
  9. ^^ @Johnny Ace that's what I thought but it didn't work
  10. How do I mark one or more players on the pitch during a match so that I follow their movements? I'm sure I used to be able to do this but can't work out the method.
  11. Thank you that makes sense. I totally agree with you about GK and Fitness and always minimise my points in these two categories.
  12. Could you explain why you minimise tactical and mental? I would have thought that these are two good attributes.
  13. This is a really important post that I must admit I have not previously considered. Get further forward, switch the ball to the opposite flank, pass it shorter / longer etc etc … just do what you’re told!!
  14. I'm not sure that anybody can give you a specific answer as it all depends on what you consider to be an acceptable speed for the game to run but you may well find @Daveincid's guide helpful
  15. I'd agree with @Poison regarding your midfielders being to aggressive in a 4 2 3 1. ... I'd try changing them to a CM(S) and BWM(D). There is, IMO, a good thread called Useful hints and on roles and duties in 4 2 3 1 originated by @Experienced Defender. It's a little old now but is still relevant and you may find it useful. EDIT: To insert an image in a post save it as a png file and then just drag and drop it into your post.
  16. It is my understanding that if the second team is called "second team" or " reserve team" or U23s then the general coaches will also coach the first team. If, however, the second team is the U21s or younger then the coaches are not available to assist with first team training.
  17. I'm pretty sure that you can't import the FM22 database into FM19 but you can do an internet search for an updated FM19 database
  18. I think that The Realism Thread may be helpful for you
  19. I find guidetofm.com to be an excellent source of information including the hidden player instructions
