Yes, you are right, i did a rest tactic, i even played the full match with it, and players still end up really tired. So, nothing to do with your tactics, just the way it is now.
Any tips to make the players a bit less tired during the match with your tactics? Maybe we score some early goals and want to conserve fitness. I've been trying wasting time, lowering the tempo and pressing, but it doesn´t seem to work significantly.
