[Goal not registering]

Playing as Fiorentina in season 27/28, winning 3-0 against Empoli, my centre midfielder crashes a goal in off the crossbar. Everyone celebrates, the match kicks off again, yet the score remains 3-0. We win another penalty late on, score and win 4-0 officially, despite scoring 5 goals in the game. Very bizarre and frustrating occurrence.

When winning a title on FM20 some of the players don't have the league title listed in their honours list despite sometimes making 30+ appearances in the tournament, anyone know why?
