crazily enough this happened again on an entirely different save

@Kyle Brown it says my save is too big to attach. but i am playing original mode, timber is at arsenal and injured when you start a new game

Yeah I just came here to say I don't know what you mad nutters did, but I have not had a single crash since release! And the game feels incredibly smooth, in fact.

I was so close to dropping money I didn't have on a laptop so thank god I held off 24 hours to try full release

a huge thank you for whatever you did that made this stop happening!!!!!!!!!!

Is there any chance this is an issue that resolves on Full Release of the game? I've never had this issue on previous FMs... so don't really understand what has changed.

having another go and i've managed to holiday about 3 months without crashing, so it just appears to be the same as before just inconsistent, sometimes crash after 5 seconds sometimes you get 30 mins to an hour of playing before a crash. sometimes there's a crashlog and sometimes not, and it can happen on holiday mode, tactics screen, during interactions.. it's very inconsistent.

well, that didn't work...

crashed 10 seconds into loading my save, no error/crash log

tried again, and again crashed after hitting continue like twice. got a crashdump this time.

awesome thank you, i'll give this a go.

i've found it crashes even on manager holiday mode, which at least makes it an easy thing to test if it's still crashing

Havertz joined Arsenal on 28/6/23, which is why Havertz starts at Arsenal.

Will there be different dates to select when the game is released? I know there has to be a date, but wouldn't "Your World" make more sense to have the squads at the end of last season. It's a bit arbitrary to have 60 mill of your budget gone, because Havertz was signed a few days earlier than other summer signings. He's a good player anyway, but if you're gonna play Arsenal you might as well just use Original mode, because you're missing out on Rice & Timber.

I’ve just deleted all face logo graphics packs and any trace of fm24 on my pc and now I’m doing a fresh install so will see how that goes cheers.

got the same thing with havertz now. got an ACL injury (8 months) now complaining he's not playing. wants me to sell him, of course no club interested in an injured player

update - in order make him happy, i've had to promise him we'll win the league. a league he will not play a single second in, for a team he has yet to feature for at all.

the only reason he has not been selected for Holland is because he's injured. why's he getting mad at me for.

Ass Man suggests removing "Get Stuck In" I click "make change" CRASH TO DESKTOP

and again.. finish a match, hit 'continue' game disappears and i'm back at my desktop

third time trying to play this match and once again making a simple formation change crashes the game

^ going to try this myself now. just had another mid-match crash to desktop with no error or anything, whilst 2 nil up against man city... 

- reloaded save, replay match... crash again. once again no crash log or error log.. game just disappears.

i'm having the same issue though not specifically in matches, although it has occurred there too. game just closes, no crash log, just disappears in the blink of an eye.
