A challenge that excites me: winning everything with a squad made up entirely of players of a certain foreign nationality. For example, only with italian players in England or with nigerians in Germany. The challenge, of course, would be to start in the lowest possible division and it would be prohibited to sign players of any other nationality than the one agreed upon at the beginning. It is worth clarifying that those footballers with dual nationality are valid. I only tried it once, in FM19, with irish players in England, but I abandoned it after being relegated in the first season (if I remember correctly, from the seventh tier to the eighth).
