[Transfer Window Dates - all mixed up]

I had working transfer rules in my nation basic rules edit, and I went to Advanced rules to get more granular detail added. 

I have managed to sort all elements I have except the transfer windows in Jan & summer.. Setting to thr actual dates throws the window when I load a game to 2039/40, and setting it to the past in editor has the window open OK, but the thing doesn't close for another year?

 

Anyone got step by step pointers to make sure the transfer window set for all leagues within nation will work like normal?

Sorted, it was the sub divisions throwing it out.

Hi, I cannot get my rules to complete at test due to errors in division & competition list error. I have checked both the 0-4 and 1-5 elements? I have been trying to adjust and check every combination 😫

help please?
