Figured out that I had played 1 match already but it was a qualifying round and so I was confused when it was called the 1st round.
Still got asked to do the draw 1 more time than I should.
Then after I beat the team in the 1st round (2nd match). I then got the FA Cup draw again but there is a glitch with the advance button. When I chose advance to my team it showed 2 other teams and then when I advanced to the end I saw who I was matched against but then the menu reset to start the draw again. I got matched with the same team again so I am guessing this is just a UI issue and the matching was saved.
