FA Cup draw repeated 3 times with different fixture confirmed each time

Figured out that I had played 1 match already but it was a qualifying round and so I was confused when it was called the 1st round. Still got asked to do the draw 1 more time than I should. Then after I beat the team in the 1st round (2nd match). I then got the FA Cup draw again but there is a glitch with the advance button. When I chose advance to my team it showed 2 other teams and then when I advanced to the end I saw who I was matched against but then the menu reset to start the draw again. I got matched with the same team again so I am guessing this is just a UI issue and the matching was saved. -
Playing as Wrexham in Vanarama National I got to Oct and had the FA Cup 1st round draw. I was drawn at home to a semi-pro club. A few days later I get a notice about FA Cup draw again, again I am drawn and this time away to a semi-pro team. A few days after that I get the same notice and I am drawn away to a team a division above me. Never seen this happen before in FM.
