With that said, scouting doesn't seem to work very well, at least not the same as it did in FM23. It's kind of just there and your scouts may or may not find players depending on how good your team is or how interested a player is in joining your club.

Focuses exist to just recommend players. If there's no one to recommend, no one seemingly gets scouted. How they know who is interested or if they are good enough before being scouted is circular logic. But that's what we've been told based on bug reports of scouts twiddling their thumbs while on assignment. Its more of an issue if you're a top European club than anyone else.

I am in control of all scouting responsibilities but every time i go to the scout priorities screen and check there is dozens and dozens of players being scouted for 2 matches rather than the 1 week scouting i have set up.

Does anyone know how to stop this, its driving me insane! i only have a few scouts and reports are taking forever because of this!

His professionalism must be in the mud if he's behaving like that, I've noticed he doesn't like being criticized for training poorly. 

Low professionalism must affect his match performance and development because he's nit the player he can and should be, in game anyway.

I am in control of all scouting and I'm not keeping scout reports on my shortlist up to date. Yet I always have a 100 scout reports being carried out for 2 matches on random players that I haven't requested. Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening?

I would opt for Huddersfield.

I would assume players will develop more if they are happy, playing well, training well and winning football matches.

 I can’t imagine losing every week and being unhappy will do much for a players development.

Purposely exploiting the game and then saying it’s a problem. How are SI supposed to govern this. It could happen in real life too, if players were stupid enough to accept the contracts.

Hi,

these are the specs for my laptop (I upgraded to 32mb RAM). I want to buy a monitor that I can use for FM and other games like GTA and also hook my PS5 up to it.

I have no idea what I should be looking for so any suggestions would be great.

Budget is up to £200 but would be willing to spend more if it’s worth it.

It doesn't show in team selection but the changes will be applied once you start the game, does for me anyway.

Im having the same issue on FM23 with Villarreal, my U19s are doing well and are using my first team tactics. My B team however, they are playing the same formation as my first team but the tactic screen is blank and they are getting spanked every week. Sure to be relegated.

Just finished the 1st season with Chelsea, won the league and sod all else.

The club is in a real mess financially, so many players on absurd wages (Chukwuemeka being on 100k a week really shocked me).

Has anyone else noticed youth players wanting crazy wages, players signing their first professional contract asking for 5k upwards!
