This file fully activates the Bulgarian football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules for the 2019-20 season. Parva Liga to “B” OFGs are playable for Football Manager 2020.
Leagues included are:
1. Parva Liga
2. Vtora Liga
3. Treta Liga (4 Divisions)
4. “A” OFGs (36 Divisions)
5. “B OFGs (20 Divisions)As well as: Bulgarian Cup, Bulgarian Super Cup and Bulgarian Amateur Cup
437 real life Bulgarian clubs added to the database (bringing the total to 724)
All stadiums are correct from the 2019-20 season while all kits for Level 4 clubs and lower have been randomised due to a lack of sources and time to search for all of them.
I suggest adding players to playable teams for Level 4 clubs and lower.
If you notice any errors or bugs with the database please message me and I’ll try to fix it as soon as possible.

Hey there! I've done a fair bit of looking into the East Timor leagues myself. If you want any help with details for this I'd be really happy to help out with it!
For starters, I believe the prize money for the first division is given out on a game by game basis. Or at least I think that is the case according to this facebook post from the league (I can't understand the language, so I'm using a translator.) https://www.facebook.com/ligafutebolamadora/posts/2242964482491977 In each game there is a total of $2500 USD up for grabs. A winning team recieves 70% ($1,750) while a losing team recieves 30% ($750). If both teams draw then they recieve 50% ($1,250) each. The prize pot for eacch of the top 3 competitions is also $15,000 USD. That is the Premier Division, the Taca 12 Novembro and the Super Taca. I haven't seen anything about there being any prize money for runners up or any other positions. That doesn't nessisarily mean it isn't the case though.
As for the third division kits, I could probably find them out. The facebook page has pictures of the teams playing. For now here is a link with all of the clubs logos: https://ibb.co/album/fmrzFa
And as for players, the current line ups are currently very outdated from what I can tell. I don't think they've been updated since 2016 or 2017. I am looking into finding as accurate line ups as possible for the teams current squads, but unfortunately outside of Karketu Dili none of the teams seem to upload full squad lists. I am working on that though.
If you want any more info or want any help with it then I'd be happy to assist. Not sure if you still want to work on this further, but it is something that I am interested in doing.
Sure private message me on here with any information you can find

Has anyone ever seen this before and know how to get around it?
I try to convert to advanced and after the first message I then get the attached message - when I press ok the rules are still in basic
EDIT: I managed to fix it - from what I can tell the competitions didn't actually verify even though they said they did. I had one league with a league type set with league with split so changed it to just league and it let me convert after this.

Check "Rankings Levels Info" the number of teams will probably add up to 52 so you'll have to add till it gets to 64 (in the desired round etc.)

All Level 4 and below teams have been assigned local stadiums and kits are randomised due to lack of sources.
I suggest adding players to playable teams for Level 4 clubs and lower. If you notice any errors or bugs with the database please message me and I’ll try to fix it as soon as possible.

Amazing work. Is Finland on your to do list?
I'd eventually like to do all of the Nordic country pyramids so yes but I might wait for the 2020 season to start so I won't have to update it again in the future

Your league updates are among the best you can find in here! Just a quick question, is Hungary on your list?
Thanks for the support, I will look into Hungary but there's a few more nations to be done before I start on it

This file fully activates the Kazakh football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules for the 2019 season. Premier League to Second League are playable for Football Manager 2020.
Leagues included are:
1. Premier League
2. First League
3. Second League
As well as: Kazakh Cup and Kazakh Super Cup
I would add the Regional Championships (Level 4 and lower) but I have only found a few regions from the 2019 season. If I can find the rest of the information I’ll add them but Level 3 will have to do for now.
B teams can be relegated from the Second League to an invisible lower league to prevent First Teams playing their B Teams - random teams from that Lower League will be promoted in their place.
All teams have correct kits and stadiums from the 2019 season.
If you notice any errors or bugs with the database please message me and I’ll try to fix it as soon as possible.

It might be easier in "Qualified Teams" select Get Last Winner of Competition - Rock Cup and Get Last Runner Up of Competition - Rock Cup and give them a seeding of 0 and then give the rest of the teams a seeding of 1 (then you'll have to fiddle around with the teams in the rounds making sure that it the right seeding is put for the first round)

This file fully activates the Belarusian football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules for the 2020 season. Premier League to Brest City Championship Fourth League are playable for Football Manager 2020.
Leagues included are:
1. Premier League
2. First League
3. Second League
4. Region Championships (Brest, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk City, Minsk Region, Mogilev and Vitebsk) (2019 teams)
5. ALF Minsk Premier League and Brest City Championship Premier League (2019 teams)
6. ALF Minsk First League and Brest City Championship First League (2019 teams)
7. ALF Minsk Second League and Brest City Championship Second League (2019 teams)
8. ALF Minsk Third League and Brest City Championship Third League (2019 teams)
9. Brest City Championship Fourth League (2019 teams)As well as: Belarusian Cup, Belarusian Super Cup, 6 Region Cups, ALF Cup, Brest City League Cup
Top 3 levels are based on the 2020 season while 4 to 9 are still 2019 due to lack of sources. I will update the file fully to 2020 once all leagues are confirmed.
I’m not exactly sure how promotion/relegation works (if at all) between L3 and L4 as well as L4 and L5 so I just created a promotion/relegation system for them. Although this isn’t entirely realistic it is nice to have the full pyramid unlocked. (Plus in real life teams can apply to join higher divisions so it isn’t too much of a stretch)
Teams that were missing stadiums have been assigned local ones. All clubs that I have added to the database have their kits randomised due to lack of sources.
I suggest ticking add players to playable teams for Level 4 and below clubs.
If you notice any errors or bugs with the database please message me and I’ll try to fix it as soon as possible.

It is either the response listed above or in league schedule (under league settings) you have to set a start and end dates for your competition

Hi mate, experiencing these issues in set up that you've mentioned here. Did you manage to find a work around at all?
I thought I had fixed it - maybe try selecting a different start date?

I can't explain that one either mate I guess because it is a really large file with a lot of changes and competitions. After setup it runs quite quickly in the actual game.

So if i change NZs Youth rating in 1 to 150 and NZ youth rating to 200 in 2 which one applies
Whichever file comes first in the list when you start a game. So if you call the 200 one "1NewZealand" and the 150 one "2NewZealand" then it will use the youth rating of 200.

This file fully activates the Kosovan football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules for the 2019-20 season. Superliga to Liga e Tretë are playable for Football Manager 2020.
Leagues included are:
1. Superliga
2. Liga e Parë
3. Liga e Dytë
4. Liga e Tretë (2 Groups)
As well as: Kosovan Cup and Kosovan Super Cup
I will hopefully be able to add the 2020-21 structure in soon (Superliga reduced to 10 teams) but right now the current structure will have to do.
Lower league teams that were missing stadiums have been assigned local ones. Also some L4 teams kits have been randomised due to a lack of sources.
I recommend adding players to playable teams for Level 3 clubs.

Updated file in the OP; After further consideration I've decided to allow promotion and relegation between the Birinci Divizionu and Regional Leagues as in real life teams can technically apply to be promoted. This also means that Relegated Premier Leagues won't play their B teams (B teams will be relegated to regional leagues)
Also for anyone following my work I plan to release 3 more files (Belarus L8, Kosovo L4 and Georgia L5) before going on a one-two week break before getting right back into more extensive pyramids

I've meddled around with the weekly wage values in the editor and it looks like players are being paid now - but if you're still having issues let me know and I'll have a deeper look into it

Yes there is a few databases already floating around - check the editors hideaway download board or on the steam workshop
Edit: sorry didn't realise this was posted in the mobile forum to my knowledge it isn't possible to unlock leagues?

If I start from scratch and create my own league but still want the A-League to have the official logo, how would I go about getting that logo back?
You don't have to create a new league in the database in nation rules -> divisions you just add the original A-League first and then the newly created B-League

You're better off starting from scratch by nation rules -> add nation rules -> create new cups and competitions for nation. This pretty much gives you complete freedom instead of having to go into advanced rules and change all the rules that way

This file fully activates the Azeri football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules for the 2019-20 season. Premier League to Regional League are playable for Football Manager 2020.
Leagues included are:
1. Topaz Premyer Liqasi
2. Birinci Divizionu
3. Azeri Regional Leagues (5 Zones)
As well as: Azeri Cup
This is the real Azeri structure so there is no promotion/relegation between Birinci Divizionu and Regional League. Regional League teams also don’t play in the Azeri Cup.
I would add the Amateur Leagues (Level 4) but there is very little information on clubs for the 2019-20 season. If I can get this information I’ll update down to the 4th level.
Stadiums are all correct from the 2019-20 season, Most Level 3 kits are randomised due to lack of sources.
I recommend adding players to playable teams for Level 3 clubs.
If you notice any errors or bugs with the database please message me and I’ll try to fix it as soon as possible.

This file fully activates the Thai football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules for the 2020 season. Thai League 1 to Thai Amateur League are playable for Football Manager 2020.
Leagues included are:
1. Toyota Thai League
2. Thai League 2 M-150 Championship
3. Thai League 3 Osmin League Pro
4. Thai League 4 Osmin League
5. Thai Amateur Football Tournament (12 Subregions) (2019 teams)As well as: Thai FA Cup, Thai League Cup and Thai Champions Cup
L1 to L4 are based on 2020 season while L5 is 2019 season with promotions/relegations for 2020.
Note that some Level 5 teams don’t show up in the ‘select a club’ screen so if you’re looking for a specific club go to the division and then season preview and all clubs will appear
If you want to manage a Level 5 club I suggest choosing a start date from another country (e.g. England in July) as games are only played towards the end of the year.
Stadiums are all correct from the 2019 season, Most Level 5 kits are randomised as I don’t have the time to search for all 230 club kits and colours.
I recommend adding players to playable teams for Level 5 clubs.
If you notice any errors or bugs with the database please message me and I’ll try to fix it as soon as possible.
