I would like to change the rules for the uk about work permits to make it easier to sign young talented players from abroad but can't do it on the pre game editor. if anyone could help show me how or if If there's somewhere I can download something that would be great. thanks

Surely that not right? So all these problem me with ai and all the interactions with players won’t be fixed when the full game comes out on the 6th?

Thanks for the lesson, I would try to counter that argument but having no background in coding etc I’d be teaching my grandmother to suck eggs 😉 big fan of the game, I hope you guys keep improving the AI because for me it’s the most important part. I know it’s not the same for other of course 👍

Is there not a way they can increase the reputation of high potential players and young players with high current abilities? Let’s say there reputation starts low when they enter the game but day by day you see an increase depended on there potential? Well we don’t see an increase but the ai does?

Wasn’t sure where to put this, but would love a way to see a past attribute increase, say, last years attributes for a player at my club and for any player not at my club you get the same thing as player masking, where there vague but you get a rough idea of how there improving over the years…which in turns let’s you understand there hidden attributes a little better. The same thing with staff but I’m not too sure if they ever improve or it’s incremental and would be nice to see the increases especially for staff at the club you manage.

Do different quality staff actually improve the training schedule? I know a better coach will improve the training quality but can you get a better quality assistant who has an improved training regime/schedule?

I usually play as Reading in my saves so i rely on spotting young players early and bringing them in and developing them. Definitely is the best part to the game. That being said I’m happy for it to be more difficult to just suck up all the youth prospects in the game but I think there needs to be some sense to it. It seems to me that the above example is maybe a bit to far the other way. I did play as Sheffield (to see what youngster I could get as Readingfc have a transfer ban) and tried to sign a young goalkeeper from a club called “water fc” in Nigeria but he was not interested in what I had to say and I do think a club with a higher reputation should have a good to very good chance of at least getting to the contract stage. I must say I haven’t played much of the beta so can’t say for certain if it’s a one off. I did however sign Andrea’s schjelderup so 🤷‍♂️

I would love to see a way to choose which features of the in game editor you want turned on! for example when I use the In game editor I only really use it for the “show all staff in search” but my will power is weak and I end up using other features which ruins my save as and I have to turn the editor completely off to enjoy it! I could also be used for network games. cheers

I don’t usually post on here but I often read what peoples opinions are and I have to say it seems a lot of people say the same things and agree on certain areas of the game which has either stagnated or gone backwards! I also agree that the negative of any social platform is always the loudest! So why can’t there be a poll/questionnaire (with questions we can agree on) things like the post above * The scatter of players during team talk, to make you "feel" that you are in the dressing room was better before or is better now Better now ———better before Im sure we could find 50 questions from this thread alone which we could take a vote on? I don’t expect si to want to or are able to do all the things the majority want in a year but at least we could see how most of the posters on here feel the game could improve or how the game hasn’t improved and has actually got worse! 🤷‍♂️
