  1. That sounds very good pal, I’m exactly the same, not bothered about 3D or having to talk with my players all the time. To be honest I only ever had a laptop for FM Touch, so I can now save myself money and get a Switch instead as I don’t bother with Playstation anymore either!
  2. Doesn’t sound too bad then, looks like I’m getting a Switch!
  3. Hello all, With the devastating news of FM Touch’s death on tablet and PC, can anybody give me their reviews on the Switch version? What are the differences/quirks in comparison to tablet and PC version of Touch?
  4. Yeah I get that, I have several Apple devices so just want to have them across the board to be honest, not too fussed regarding money. I’m guessing an iMac is a better choice than a Macbook if I only ever play in one place?
  5. Hi all, hope you are well. I know Macbook’s aren’t the greatest idea for FM, however I am interested in purchasing an iMac. I’m guessing there is a major difference in running power and an iMac will handle the game easily? https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/buy-mac/imac/21.5-inch-3.0ghz-6-core-processor-with-turbo-boost-up-to-4.1ghz-1tb#
  6. There is a world of people out there who are too busy working and living an actual life than to spend time posting on here, those people also play FM Touch hence the low number of posts you site. Sales figures do not lie!
  7. Hi Ozil, Sorry to criticise but I feel your best work is when talking in simple football terms rather than trying to dissect the game under the hood and turn it into numbers etc. Thats going down the route of Cleon and others which in turn over complicates it for the average joe! All of the best discussions on your numerous amazing threads have been simple football theory rather than theorising about in game mechanics.
  8. This is the stigma which ruins the product which fits most peoples lifestyles, really sad.
  9. I can also have a full functioning life, wife, job, hobbies AND play a good amount of FM now!
  10. I have literally wasted 5 years wanting to play Full Fat FM and turning my nose up at FM Touch because people make out like its not a serious game etc... I must have played one full season in that time, now I’m 3 seasons in already on FM20 Touch and happier than ever. Rather than sitting with a calculator trying to find all the best rated staff and setting up ridiculous levels of training and scouting I can now just browse the game and narrate my own story, I keep a closer eye on the footballing world, on the other big European leagues and often attend cup finals I’m not even in! Absolutely love it!
  11. You should see what you can cook up on the FM20 demo, I know its not the clearest etc but I feel you would figure it out and then continue putting out amazing content!
  12. I’d try playing as Rangers on FM Touch, as you say lots of things are going on in the real world so the streamlined version would definitely help to immerse you.
  13. I’d love to be able to spend 1000 hours a year on FM... however actually having a life and achieving things outside of FM whilst playing Touch seems a winner for me
  14. I think the issue is people give up way too much time to try and enjoy the game, when you can play for half the time and have just as much enjoyment with Touch! @Dyllan no team talks, no indepth training, only one main member of staff for each category and no talking to players unless they come to you with an issue. So basically removing a tonne of the fluff, crazy why so many people ignore it!
