  1. There is a world of people out there who are too busy working and living an actual life than to spend time posting on here, those people also play FM Touch hence the low number of posts you site. Sales figures do not lie!
  2. Hi Ozil, Sorry to criticise but I feel your best work is when talking in simple football terms rather than trying to dissect the game under the hood and turn it into numbers etc. Thats going down the route of Cleon and others which in turn over complicates it for the average joe! All of the best discussions on your numerous amazing threads have been simple football theory rather than theorising about in game mechanics.
  3. This is the stigma which ruins the product which fits most peoples lifestyles, really sad.
  4. I can also have a full functioning life, wife, job, hobbies AND play a good amount of FM now!
  5. I have literally wasted 5 years wanting to play Full Fat FM and turning my nose up at FM Touch because people make out like its not a serious game etc... I must have played one full season in that time, now I’m 3 seasons in already on FM20 Touch and happier than ever. Rather than sitting with a calculator trying to find all the best rated staff and setting up ridiculous levels of training and scouting I can now just browse the game and narrate my own story, I keep a closer eye on the footballing world, on the other big European leagues and often attend cup finals I’m not even in! Absolutely love it!
  6. You should see what you can cook up on the FM20 demo, I know its not the clearest etc but I feel you would figure it out and then continue putting out amazing content!
  7. I’d try playing as Rangers on FM Touch, as you say lots of things are going on in the real world so the streamlined version would definitely help to immerse you.
  8. I’d love to be able to spend 1000 hours a year on FM... however actually having a life and achieving things outside of FM whilst playing Touch seems a winner for me
  9. I think the issue is people give up way too much time to try and enjoy the game, when you can play for half the time and have just as much enjoyment with Touch! @Dyllan no team talks, no indepth training, only one main member of staff for each category and no talking to players unless they come to you with an issue. So basically removing a tonne of the fluff, crazy why so many people ignore it!
  10. Don’t get me wrong, I love the idea of the full game, however in reality playing 10 seasons and having stories of many regens etc is much more rewarding than 2 seasons of multiple press conferences and managing 20 players in the youth team!
  11. Hello all, I’m seeing a few people being put off by FM because of the level of depth/time required to even play a few games nowadays. All of the player interaction and fluff. My question is why don’t more people play FM Touch? On the laptop version you can remove league restrictions and still have all of the graphics etc. I understand the original versions of Touch were missing the ability to train PPM’s and Mentor etc, but this is now available as well as Club Vision and the Development Centre being fully implemented. I’m starting to see this game as much more of a viable option rather than the full fat game, I think its unfair to write it off as a lesser game, I feel its a case of diminishing returns on my time after a full FM session!
  12. Hi @Ö-zil to the Arsenal! Have you ever considered playing FM Touch? It would seemingly suit your playing style of tactics and transfers rather than all the additional fluff?
  13. Has anybody noticed loads of amazing regen staff from the start?
  14. Hello all, When searching for new staff members I go to filters and select ‘Rating’ and go by the star system... is the star system accurate? So a 5 star coach will offer a better rating in training than a 4 star? Or a four star Ass Man is better than three?
