Winter update didn't solve anything for me...Still job applications are unsuccessful

[Job applications always unsuccessful when starting unemployed after the 24.2.0 update]

I have the same issue. I used to easily get a job offer from a top club, but now with the same manager profile League 2 and League 1 clubs won't even give me a job interview. (I have Continental Pro License and Professional player National Level). 

 What can I do?

I uploaded the Save on SI Cloud Service -> Save File Name = blaznik job bug.fm
