  1. Backroom staff roles:

Love the technical director / loan manager roles.

Would be good to reflect the top class clubs, who have roles such as

    =Sports nutritionists (natural fitness),

    =Sports psychologists (determination, bravery, concentration),

=Set piece coaches (corners, free kicks, throw ins, penalties)

=PR advisors (give the manager better worded answers, or train the assistant to deal with press conferences)

  2. When offering a new contract, the wages drop down option jumps from £160pw to £34,000pw and so on.

It would be good, seeing as there's often a 'recommended wage', for the tiering to be similar.

    E.G. for someone who's recommended wage is £10,000pw, offer £8k, £9k, £10k, £11k, £12k, £15k, £17k, £20k as options. Not £400,000pw.

    or for £120,000pw maybe £100k, £110k, £120k, £130k, £150k. Not £160 pw...

A similar approach for all other drop downs would be good too...

  4. Training ratings for staff:
It would be helpful, alongside star rating, to see which staff have made an improvement to players' stats.

e.g. Phil Cannon has improved the team's long range passing attributes by an average of 1.2.
