This is a very good one, haven't seem a single bad comment about it: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/share-download-fm-17-tactics/361987-date-442-2017-a-10.html#post3065905 -

Just try Knap's "The Dam Busters". The download is in his Oxford Diamond thread: http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/449276-Oxford-diamond Clearly one of the best tactics around. -
Hey Tweebier! I'm always looking for high scoring tactics, and yours seem like a very entertaining one, so I'm thinking about using it for a season in one of my saves. i'm curious about the strikers roles, why one DLF/support and one DLF/attack (since all other roles are mirrored)? And have you tried other striker combinations (perhaps defensive forwards)?

Hi all! I haven't been playing much FM14 lately, but seeing as there are a lot of successfull strikerless tactics out there, I thought: why not make a strikerless version of Steaton's masterpiece to see what happens? So I tweaked my version of it, keeping the 4-2-3-1 shape by pushing the Midfielders and Striker one position back, but trying to keep most of the instructions. I plugged this in some random test saves (default squads, first season) and the results were very encouraging. I don't know if I will ever start a save to properly test this, so I will just leave it here if anyone wants to test and tweak it further. My preference is one with same prefered foot as the side, and the other inverted, but I don't think it matters much. However it would be a good thing if they are at least competent with both feet. I don't use OIs, and I don't think it would have made much of a difference in these defeats. Sometimes the opponent just is in a good day and you are on a bad one. It's probably more related to things like motivation/complacency.

hahaha no problem mate! I use "team cohesion" on "average" and "teamwork" on 30% until my players reach "willing to die for each other" status. As son as they do, I change to "balanced" on "average" and "attacking movement" on 30%. Team talks are key in this game. They make all the difference. I usually ask for my assistant recomendation and use it, unless I obviously disagree with his opinion. This is the best advice I can give. But you cant' always use the same team talks, like some guides out there that say "if winning, do this", "if losing, do that"... sometimes you have to surprise your players with a team talk that they are not expecting. When you get it right, the impact in the game is obvious.

As I said, I started a new save with Liverpool. Still a very good team, but not as good as Real Madrid and also in a more competitive league. The results were very consistent, as you can see in the screenshts below. My verdict on this tactic is (I used my tweaked version): - Attacking wise it is second to none, you will score goals! - The defense is the weak point (it's probably better in the original version). But If you are a top team, teams will not attack you so much, and defense won't be much of a problem in most games. Even if you let in some goals, you can always score more than them. So, if you like attacking, high risk/high reward tactics, this is for you. However if you like more safe tactics or have a really weak team, then you should look for another tactic, at least for away and more difficult games. Again, thanks Steaton for sharing a great tactic. Here are my results with Liverpool:
