  1. Yeah I understand that, but I have Berrardi/Zivkovic and Lozano/Elsharaawy as Inside for Milan and they aren trained to use the midfield wings at all. So its not really gonna work for me hence why Im so interested in a 3313
  2. Do you think you can provide links to all 3 of those tactics so I can see if I could tweak them to my liking, or atleast get an understanding of how your tactics work. Because Im trying to play a 3331, the Olympic Marseille style with wingbacks and inside forward/wingers in the AM position. Kinda like in the image in the below. Aggressive pressing like Bielsa's team and Diamonds and passing options all over the field with the DM and 3 CB's creating a diamond, and the DM, WB's and the CM creating another diamond, MC, IF's and CF creating another diamond on the pitch. That sort of approach, do you think its achievable?
  3. What is the modified version? Is it any different in structure to the screenshot on the first page?
  4. Has anyone in this forum tried to emulate/replicate Marcelo Bielsa or Guardiola's 3313 tactic?
  5. God no, useless upfront. Couldn't fit him anywhere. He scored 2 hattricks and then just disappears. I don't understand LOL
  6. Hasan Oguzhan-Atestemur signs new contract Stoke are pleased to announce that current manager Hasan Oguzhan-Atestemur has extended his contract to 2017. Stoke City chairman Tony Coates is pleased to announce that current manager Hasan Oguzhan-Atestemur has accepted the clubs offer to extend his contract to 2017. It didn't take too long before Hasan Oguzhan-Atestemur was rewarded for his fine form this season. At the start of the season, the chairmen stated that Hasan Oguzhan-Atestemur needed to win a trophy this season before his contract was extended, however the current manager is in such great form Stoke have offered him a new deal before new years. Manager Hasan Oguzhan-Atestemur has stated that he was very pleased to sign a 2 year extension with the club and he hopes he will bring success to the Britannia Stadium. The players, the chairman and the fans are very pleased to hear the news and they believe Hasan Oguzhan-Atestemur will serve to be very successful.
  7. The Potters: 10 game analysis Stoke City are in exceptional form this season, with an 8 game win streak in all competitions scoring 18 in their last 8 games and conceding only 4. They're top of the Premier League by 1 point and in the quarter finals of the League Cup. Young and beautiful manager Hasan Atestemur is doing wonders at Stoke, collecting 25 points out of 30 in the opening 10 games. Its simply unbelievable for the Potters fans, they have never seen this sort of tally in their 151 year history. We, here at the Sky Sports studios will be digging to the bottom, finding the source of success at the Britannia Stadium. Confidence is sky high at the Clayton Wood Training Complex where Stoke City players are training for their 11th game of the season agains Tottenham on the 9th of November, also live on Sky Sports 1 from 3pm. They are in great form, both as a team and individually with at least 1 player topping every statistical chart. If I had to name 3 players that are the real game changers here at Stoke, I wouldn't be able to. Each and every player is in immense form right now, with a few players already stating that they are playing the game of their life. From goalkeeper Jack Butland, to striker Saido Berahino upfront, every single player is putting their souls into the game. 21 year old keeper Butland already has 5 clean sheets in 10 games, topping the chart with Arsenal's Wojciech Szczesny, and its only his debut season in the Premier League. He is touted to be England's first choice keeper in the 2018 World Cup in Russia and he is on the radar of other Premier League clubs. Stoke City have the highest pass success rate in the League, and its no surprise as 3 of the midfielders Steve Sidwell, Glenn Whelan and Jack Cork all have a success rate of +87% in the league, with Chelsea's Fabregas leading the way with 90.8%. The midfield trio have started altogether in 7 of 10 games in the league and are surely one of the major factors in their success this season. £12.75m England U21 strike Saido Berahino has the 4th best minutes per goal ratio in the league, with finding the back of the net every 87 minutes. He has scored 7 goals in 10 games so far, starting in 6 of the games only. He has been on lethal form so far, scoring in all of his last 5 games. Stokes other striking options Bojan krkic and Mame Diouf has scored only 1 goal in the 4 games they have taken part in altogether. However Mame Diouf has only came back from a very lengthy injury and is expected to start in the upcoming games. Wingers Adam Johnson and Nathan Redmond have the best average rating in the league, according to the statistics published by EA Sports yesterday. The wingers have started in all of the 9 games this season, sharing 6 goals and 8 assists between them. Glenn Whelan also contributed in 5 goals in 9 games he played in. Manager Hasan Atestemur must be pleased with his new signing this year. His new players have scored 16 of the 21 league goals this season. with only 3 players from the previous season making a contribution. The only downside to this season is 19 year old winger Jacob Murphy's injury, who has been out for 3 months and is still out. He is expected to be back in full fitness in 3 weeks however and manager Atestemur is eager to play his new youngster. It was a period of joy for Stoke City fans, and they will be hoping this run of form continues for the rest of the season. Below are the remaining fixtures for the first part of the season. Thats all from us at the Clayton Wood Training Complex, we wish Stoke a good luck for the rest of the season and hope they carry on playing beautiful style of football we are not used to seeing from Stoke. Sky Sports News, 2014.
  8. I never listed any of my players unless they were ****, like Bardsley or Sorensen or the 2 Peters upfront and Palacios and also Walters. PSG sold Sirugu to Napoli for like £3.4m, then they came asking me how much I want for him. I Started off at £25m straight cash, they said £20m in instalments, then I said £30m in instalments, then they offered me £28 in instalments and I said £28.5m and they accepted. Arnautovic and N'Zonzi were both really good, they played good in pre-season against Monaco and they came in. N'Zonzi was a deadline day deal. Probably a panic buy.
  9. Guess who is top? Stoke City are! In an unexpected turn of events Stoke City are top of the Barclays Premier League after 10 games. Stoke City have invested over £50million in youth this season and they seem to be getting their moneys worth after only 10 league games. There is a real sense of team spirit in and around the changing room with players confidence level sky high. The real reason behind this success is thought to be team work. Stoke City are on a 8 match win streak and their last point loss came in a 2-0 loss to Manchester City.
  10. Shop's closed! Arguably the most exciting part of the season comes to and end after the clocks ticked past 11pm in one of the most exciting transfer periods with over £200m spent by English clubs. The two biggest deals saw Colombia's World Cup hero Juan Cuadrado leave Fiorentina to join Chelsea in a deal close to £26m The biggest, however, was Asmir Begonias being sold to PSG for a record £28.5m by Stoke City, making him the second expensive goalkeeper ever. Stoke City FC were the most active team this year, strengthening their squad with 10 players. They were also the biggest spenders in the country, spending £57m on the way.
  11. Snapped Up: Stoke finalise the signing of Cork Stoke City FC has finalised the signing of form England U21 International Jack Cork for £5m hours before the transfer period comes to an end. In an interview with Sky Sports, Cork has stated his eagerness to join up with his team mates and he was happy to put pen on paper for a 4 year deal. Cork made 103 appearances for Southampton before moving to Stoke.
  12. Done Deal: Monaco snap up N'Zonzi AS Monaco have completed the signing of Stoke City's former France U21 International Steven N'Zonzi for a fee of £11.25m on Deadline Day. With bonuses, however, the transfer fee may eventually rise to £13m. N'Zonzi, who joined Stoke City from Championship side Blackburn Rovers for £3.5m in 2013, is said to be eager to join up with his new team-mates and impress his new manager.
  13. Been there, done that. More of the same from Stoke City as they look clinical up front. 4 goals in 15 minutes from Stoke as they brush aside Bradford City in Capital One Cup Second Round clash. Charlie Adam picked uo the Man of the Match award in a match he truly impressed. The talking point of the game was Saido Berahino's first competitive goal for Stoke City.
  14. Quality of possession provides victory! A highly polished performance from Stoke City players saw their team run out 4-1 winners over Hull City at KC Stadium. An early brace from tireless midfielder Glen Whelan helped silence the 24,793 Hull City fans, as well as picking up the Man of the Match award.
