Hi Guys, Happy new year to all of you . I just finished my first season at San Mamas and was able to qualify for the Europa Conference League. I was a long season with a very good start and some problems at the end of the season. So I'm glad I was able to secure the qualification for international games next season. So a really good start into the save. Best players were Iker Muniain and Inaki Williams who both had a lot of goals and assists. But also Nico Willams and Asier Villalibre scored a lot of goals. I lost a lot of core fans over the season, honestly don't know why. Maybe it was the type of football I was playing (counter, low block)? I played a 4-1-2-3 like most of you and this is my team of the season. Also the under 19 Team did very well and won the league. We didn't lost a game. Our run was stopped in the half final by Racing Santander in penalties. It's a pity, I thing we were the better team. Our second team was able to secure the league. Next year I would like to bring them into the playoff spots. The Youth Intake was good, given us three remarkable players who should be able to play in the senior team later. And also the rest isn't that bad. Next Season: I was able to get Hugo Guillamon from Valencia who should play a key role in the central midfield and Javi Martinez as a backup central defender or defensiv midfielder. Both signings helping us to improve the squad and play a better role next season. So this is the team for season two I also improved the second team and added some of the come back from loan to the squad. Overall target is to bing them into the Secunda Divison. Last but not least our under 19 squad for the new season, a lot of talents. Of course, target is to win the league again. Most fun atm. is the squad building. I really enjoyed to plan the three teams for the next season. I also think I found a proper tactic with a counter based basic formation and a possession based alternativ. Hi Guys, I've got my first youth intake (a good one ) but Ossasuna, Einabr and Alaves doesn't have any Newgens. Only San Sebastian. Why?

So, I've got a nice start into the save. Beating Barca 4:0 at home and also have more possession is a very nice result. After 8 Games we've got a good run only lost one of them. We also did not loose against Real and Atletico. I hope it will continue like this. Take care

Hi Guys, so decided to give this a go, I Iike the limitation only to Basque Players and I think it's a nice challenge. I also see a lot of potential in the starting squad and the club. So here I am. Thanks to the phänomenal introduction from @bowieinspace I feel well prepared. The first act was to renewal Nico Williams contract with a much larger minimum Free Release Clause. Then I did some of the usual thinks to prepare the start: Introduction to the Squad Set up first Team and Youth Training based in the Tactic Set up individual Training based in the Tactic I will start with a 4-3-3 as most of us here. I created three types of tactics, so I can easily change it depending on the opposition and match momentum: Fluid Counter Attack (the standard) High Pressing Possession based Last but not least I also set up custom set piece routines. I hope they will also have an huge impact on results. For the scouting I also followed your approach and created recruitment focuses to find some nice Basque Players and Newgens. Friendlies are already scheduled, so please which me luck. Take care

Yes. It's a new promoted team, I downloaded the kits and added the ID manually to the config xml. As I said in other Skins it's loaded.

A lot of fun, ....... not Well it escalate quickly and I got sacked after 10 Games in Season 2. It stated good with a 5:0 win over Osnabrück but then a really bad streak with a lot of injuries and losses hit us. Honestly I had no chance to avoid this, it feels bad not to get any chance from the board. Well, I don't know if I try this again Respect for everyone here who get such great results.

Good Morning Guys, this is my first try of this challenge. As I do not have a lot experience I decided to start in Germany, the country where I've got the most knowledge and where I think it would not be too difficult to get a good youth intake. So here' the Manager I created for this challenge: Let me introduce the club a little bit. I decided to go with Fortuna Köln, a club from cologne which is actual Nr. 3 in the City beside the big rival 1.FC Köln and Viktoria Köln who is also playing int the third league of Germany. There is not a lot to tell about Fortuna, we played one Season in the German Bundesliga in 1973/1974 and we lost the German Cup final 1983 against or local rival 1.FC Köln. There is one funny story to mention, once the club patron and president Jean Löring fired the Headcoach Toni Schumacher in the halftime of a league match. Hopefully this will not happen to me Results of Season 1: It was a tough first season and the only target was to avoid relegation. Which we at least achieved. During the season we need to sold one of our best players and we had some serious issues with injuries. One of our Key-Players, Stipe Batarilo was out for 4 months. Squad of Season 1: We played a defensive tactile stile which works very well, we scored a lot of goals while we sit deep and played fast counter attacking stile. Unfortunately we received a lot of goals (third most), something I will focus on next season. There is one transfer intake, a loan back for a player which the board sold at the begin of the season while I was not at the club. I hope a loan back fits to the regulars? There was nothing I could do here. Youth Development: We had a nice Youth Intake in the first season with three Elite Talents, of course on a low level. Holger Auchenberg: Adrian Weiser: Evgeny Scheglov: I'm really looking forward to continue, I don't think I can play as fast as others, but I try to keep on track.

Great. This year I will give it a try. I'm curios how it feels to play without attributes.
