Fps Dropping when hovering over most of the UI

I seemed to have fixed the problem. The problem seem to be related to selected monitor technology. This you will find on Nvidia Control Panel I have a G-Sync monitor, so that's what i run on standard. After changing the selected monitor technology from "G-SYNC" to "Fixed Refresh" the game seems to run perfectly smooth without lag at any point really. It appears to be some issues with G-Sync compatibility and this game in particular. -
After a while playing the game, i noticed that in most menus when hovering over the UI that my fps would drop significantly and my cursor would start lagging. This didn't happen in the beginning but started happening after a while. Maybe after one of the recent patches? Anyways, i will link to a picture below where I'll show the one spot on the UI where my cursor can be without suffering lag or fps drop on it. P.S: One menu where it can lag significantly is when you are negotiating a contract. Toggling up and down the amounts can create crazy lag, and my computer should be more than good enough to handle it. No mods, no skins, no graphics, no game files altered when tested last. Latest graphics drivers, no weird options. Everything should be a-ok. Any help would be gladly appreciated! DxDiag1.txt
