[old feature still active?]

i remember in the old days of the game, champ man days for sure you were able to offer a club a fee to have first option on a certain player to potentially buy in the future, is this option still possible? i certainly dont remember coming across it in recent versions of the game , and does anybody know which years version this no longer became an option? 

any help appreciated.

i would certainly like this league to be included in the game from the get go and would definitely be a league that would be played .

I Have achieved the manage national team unlockable on my FM 21 touch save by winning Manager of the Year , does anybody know if this unlockable is just for that save or is it for the game in general so i can delete that save and start another one on the game and still have that unlocked?

Hope somebody knows the answer to this, when FM22 Is released will the world cup 2022 qualifying groups in the game be the same as the real life qualifying groups that kicked off qualifying this last week , IE will england have poland , san marino, albania Etc? also will the order of fixtures be the same in game as they are in Real Life?

Constantly play FM 2009 and each version up to the current one, would play fm2005/06/07/08 but cant get any of the games to work on my PC .some of my favourite saves are when I re visit an older version.
