[4-2-3-1 possession]

Hi guys, 

Recently created this tactic, the aim is to win the ball asap & then play keep ball as well as keeping the striker involved with the buildup. 

The problem is mainly penetration. Which then leads to a lot more blocked shots than I'd like. 

I'm not sure what to adjust. Can anyone offer any advice?

Anyone noticed that the shooting seems to be off? Like tame shots that dribble to the gk or equally seemingly elite gks that save everything including 1 on 1s?

Or it could just be me haha

I've often found issues with the defenders taking far too long to turn when a through ball has been played, but from the screenshots they look like you're being countered.
