Nah it's not there - it's a good indicator on how much your club/other clubs earn through match day revenue

27/28 update (Season 4)

 

League

Promotion!!! After dominating the first half of the season, had a massive form slump in February/March which left us 8th. A slight tactical tweak and we found form again, which set up a ridiculously sweaty final day - where we had to win or potentially miss promotion all together. We held firm and won, got promoted!

 

 

Youth Intake 

Another decent intake but again we've got mostly attackers. Please HOYD, work on some good defenders/DMs. 

Club update

We're back to professional, so hopefully this means further development for our players. We are also struggling with finances, not sure if this is intended by FM 24, but having only one country loaded as playable selected really restricts the transfer market to sell players compared with having multiple countries as playable. We also had a facility downgrade. Hopefully we can get some further funds in the second tier of Belgium to invest in Facilities again. Ground sharing as well next season with an increased capacity, which should increase the income a bit too.

26/27 update

 

Not a bad year in terms of performance, but struggling with finances and will probably look to off load some good players with percentage of next fee to raise some cash down the track. Youth intake was okay, starting to get an abundance of attacking players. A good defender or DM would be fantastic in next year's intake.

25/26 update

A little bit of a drop after blooding a lot of youngsters from the previous intakes in the first team and finished 7th in the league. However there was bad news in the off season with the finances becoming bad enough for the club to decide to go back to semi-pro. Hopefully this doesnt impact the development of players too much but I think it will. The major annoying part to this is that all my player values have dropped, which is going to be bad for trying to recoup some funds.

24/45 update

Finished 5th in the league after a mid season slump saw us drop from first in the league to 10th. Started getting game time into a couple newgens that were generated at the club during the first season holiday. The stand out being Hakizimana or as I like to call him Hakizimania. Youth intake this looks pretty promising, as you'll see by screen shots below.

Season 3

 

Results

Started well but results dropped off towards the end of the season. Mainly due to our senior players significantly dropping off due to age. With most of our senior players around 34/35 and our youth players not quite ready, I see a difficult 1-2 seasons ahead before the youth players from intake 1 & 2 start hitting their potential. Fingers crossed I get some ready made youth players in the next intakes to make things easier.

Bello has continued to develop well and is now a good player at this level. Retrained Femmino into a DM to fill the hole in the midfield left by senior players. Roversi has also established a regular first team place at RB.

Youth Intake

Better youth intake this year with the help of upgraded YR/JC, got some potential coming through at DC and AM which is very needed. Vitale has already gone straight into the first team even though is he’s not ready, the rapid ageing of our key players is hurting.

JC is maxed out with YR almost there. Board keep rejecting YR upgrade even though we have 2m in the bank. Had the money to upgrade to state of the art training, which was a massive financial hit but I think we might benefit with players reaching their potential sooner.

Season 2

 

Results

Better performance this year, finished 4^th after leading most of the season. Was then knocked out in the third round of the Serie C playoffs. Bit of a relief as I wasn’t keen on getting promoted. Serie B would be an enormous struggle at this point with so many youth players not ready for the first team. We did have some players break through into the first team, but with an ageing list, I think next season is set for another year of development in Serie C and another playoff exit finish.

Development

Only had two players from the first intake play (Marelli, Bello) consistently play in the first team. Bello has made some fine progress and is looking a starter. Marelli is our first choice GK but is really our only choice. Hopefully he either develops further or we get a gun GK in next season’s intake. Roversi and Femmino are also developing well, but are a little way off a regular starting place.

Was a bit concerned with the preview, Cs across the board. My summary of the actual intake in one word: Unambitious. Still some good potential though, hopefully we get a few develop quickly to help the ageing squad.

Youth coaching and recruitment got increase majorly last season, hoping that the 2026 intake has some players that will catapult me into Serie B in 26/27.

League results

Finished 11th after almost getting the sack halfway through the season. Luckily the board only expected a mid-table finish, so ended up safe by and in the good books by the end of season.

Hey team, 

It would be great if we could see average positions in/out of possession  in the data hub - I've seen a similar analytic in a match but it's not available in data from what I can see.  The Bundesliga also have it as part of their in match analytics see image below 

 

[Adding intro music for non-UEFA club competitions]

Just wondering does anyone know if it's possible to now add music to the start of non-UEFA leagues during the intro in matches? eg. the Premier League music or Bundesliga?

[B team players showing scout summary in profile screen]

Hey team, 

This has been an issue for awhile on B teams especially for German B teams - They show scout summary in the player profile screen instead of coach summary (see screenshots below). Realistically, the German B teams operate more similarly to an U23 team in England than as a separate club. I doubt clubs would send a scout to watch their U23 considering the B team coaching staff work for the club.

 

[B teams not training full time]

In Germany, the B(II) teams are set up as semi professional teams however they should be training full time similarly to their U19 teams  - This significantly hampers player's development in B teams and defeats their purpose.  Example screenshots below:

 

 

 

[B team players asking for an improved contract]

When managing teams with a standalone B/II team(eg. Germany), players in the B team will come to you asking for an improved contact to reflect their importance in the team. This doesn't happen when a B team is set up like a reserve team eg. Jong teams in Netherlands.

After a meeting with a couple of players about Fred's change in playing time from squad player to regular starter,  Paul Pogba now doesnt think Paul Pogba deserves the playing time he has been given. Matic was the same too.

[Disable transfers to date of data update]

At the moment we have the option to disable the first transfer window when starting a new game. However, with the winter data update, it includes transfers both windows, it'd be great to be able to disable transfers up to when the winter data update (or the most cutrent data updated in case) is finalised.

I find that B teams in Germany/Spain are almost always Semi-Pro, which is mostly not the same in real life. Sending a player to them almost always has a negative effect on their development because they're not training full time.

With the long term gameplay in mind - has there been any consideration in the massive slow down in processing from day to day and navigation through player search 5+ seasons in? Would love to know if this has been looked into for this new version. It'd be amazing if fm20 has the same performance in season 10 as season 1.

Been playing this challenge in the background last few years and given up about half way through. So thought I'd post here and maybe that'll get me over the line to finish the challenge. 

Starting as Rot-Weiss Essen in 3.Liga.

Starting youth squad  - Some decent prospects from the youth intake before I took over. As you can probably see by the transfers, I sold one of the prospects. He had 1 determination and casual personality. Inserted a 50% clause so if the next team can improve him, might make a bit of cash. 

I'll post screenshots of my tops prospects after this current season is finished (With new intake). Made a pretty good start to my first season, currently sitting 12th after 18 games (7-3-8), should stay up from here. Shouldn't get relegated from here. Hopefully.
