  1. Started new save with Juve, and I'm in a need of an advice. I wanted to play 2 striker formation, given quality of the strikerforce, I was thinking about 3-5-2 (with WBs) or 4-3-1-2 (3 MCs and AMC). I was leaning towards second option, however Juve's squad lacks quality AMC. In the meantime, Tottenham made bid to Sassuolo for D. Berardi, so I activated buy back clause and signed player myself, in order not to lose him in the long run. Now, I have the problem because I have 5 quality strikers in my team (Dybala, Mandžukić, Morata, Zaza and Berardi), and 4 of them are recent signings, meaning I'll hardly sell any of them, and I don't want to sell Morata either. On the other hand, I've pretty much spend my whole transfer budget and I can't afford new AMC that I still lack, so I'm limited to R. Pereyra and Hernanes. I was looking through Berardi's stats, and seems to me that he could developed into AMC and used as shadow striker, or maybe even trequartista. My question is has anyone tried to use Berardi as AMC? Additionally, has anyone managed to successfully utilize shadow striker in 4-3-1-2 formation, and could it be possible to pull it off with Juve? Thanks
  2. Thanks for advice. I accepted offer for Gervinho from Juve, and I am planning to sell Podolski, but he keeps scoring goals atm.
  3. I need an advice from fellow Arsenal co fighters. I'm in my first season, in january 2013 and I have an opportunity to sign Falcao for 35 mil euros. I use 4-2-3-1 formation and my current strikers are Giroud, Jovetic, Walcott and Podolski (i mainly use Walcott and Podolski as wingers). Giroud and Walcott both broke legs, and both of them will be out for rest of the season. Like I mentioned, my formation is 4-2-3-1, and I use Podolski (IF/attack) - Wilshere (Adv Playmaker/attack) - Cazorla (IF/attack), and Jovetic (adv forward). I rotate Isco, Ox, Walcott, Gervinho and Giroud with them, and so far my tactics are working nicely, I'm sharing first spot with Man Utd. However, Joventic isn't performing very well as adv. forward. Should I sign Falcao, and if I do, which role would suit him best, and which tactical changes are necessary? Thanks.
  4. FM13: Should I buy or sell thread

Buying/Selling: Buying Player Name: Marco Verratti Your Team: Arsenal Buyer/Seller: PSG Player's Value: Offer: 15 mil EUR (5 up front+10 mil over 48 months) Transfer/Wage Budget: somewhere around 13 mil EUR with around 100k left for wages Patch: Latest Season: 1st (jan 2013) I'm looking for a natural MC who can play in deep lying playmaker role. If you have any better sugestion for above mentioned price range, please help.
  5. What is your favorite Centre-Back (DC)?

Not on list, but my favorite is Davide Astori.
  6. Thanks Jimmy. I let Blasi go, but i still have Gargano and Pazienza. I'll probably let kid develop on his own, and see how it goes.
  7. I'm in second season with Napoli, and i got a promising 16 year old regen in my youth team, who has 18 determination, but his other mental stats are not good. His discription says "similar type of player as Nocerino". Is there a point of asking Nocerino (who has 15 determination) to tutor him, and will it lower regen's determination? Thanks.
  8. 12 Goal thriller?!

My biggest goalscoring game, and derby win. http://img704.imageshack.us/img704/8085/genoa.jpg
  9. Genoa has solid team, and should be a challenge.
  10. In almost every of mine saves, Jeremy Toulalan signs for R. Madrid, and scores around 10 goals per season. IRL he scored only once, so some of his attacking stats should be downgraded. Also, in past few versions of FM, Filipo Inzaghi becomes useless after few months, and gets transfer listed quickly, or relesed from club. IRL, he can't stop scoring goals, no metter how old he is.
  11. palermo or udinese

Udinese has very good team with lot of promising youngsters such as Alexis Sanchez, Zapata, Isla. Also, you have Quagliarella, Pepe, Handanovic, Lukovic, Di Natale, Inler.... There is not big transfer budget at begining, but you don't to sign anyone, because you have lot of quality players. So my vote goes to Udinese.
  12. Robben, Kaka, Mancini, Van Der Vaart, Kallstrom, Robinho, Anderson, Tevez, Mascherano, Aguerro, C. Ronaldo, Silva...
