I have tried to get my u18 manager to arrange friendlies so my first team players can get sharp, but no matter which setting i use nothing happens, had the same issue in fm23, no matter what i try they still only play their league games, which have very strict age restrictions, so my reserves just cannot get any minutes, without me manually arranging friendlies, which is a bit of a pain. Is anyone aware of a fix to this issue? Do i need to change my u18 manager?
