[[FM22-Derby County] Why manage the Rams? How are you getting on?]

Hi guys, thinking of giving this a go since I prefer challenges and developing young players. Just a couple things though...

1. Have you guys had better experiences with window turned off? Ie do the club sell everyone first window and hard to replace those? 

2. When does takeover generally happen? and how much is given in what window to spend and strengthen? 

3. After take over are plays still being sold above you?

Hi Ozil, I havent got out and out wingers so what do you think of having two WM (A)s with one set like an IF? On that side I'm thinking of using WB (S). WM (A) and WB (A) on the other side, like you have. Or would you think using WB (A) on both. I'm just trying to find balance and thinking that it's too aggressive with the fullbacks, but want width of course.
