It sounds like there is some compatibility issue with the version of the Nvidia graphics card driver that you have installed, I would suggest you to revert to the previous working version and see if you can then run FM21.

I have attached the DxDiag file now.

I updated my Nvidia graphic card to the newest one that has just come out called -  GeForce Game Ready Driver Version: 457.30

I have tried downloading previous drivers, but im just getting the same error message.

Hello everyone,

 

so, i have actually played since the launch of the beta, but yesterday i updated my Nvidia graphic card through GeForce Experience, and something went wrong.

Ever since i updated the driver, i get a black screen whenever im loading up the game. It's a black screen where i can see my normal cursor, and after a few minutes, i get the message:

'Unfortunately FM21 has shutdown because of a serious error. Would you please ensure that you have downloaded the latest graphic drivers? Press 'yes' to go to our forum to find technical solutions to your problem' - Error description: DXGI_ERROR_DRIVER_INTERNAL_ERROR'

This is the message  i get everytime i launch the game. And the game has worked fine Tuesday and Wednesday.

I have uninstalled the drivers, clean uninstall and clean install, uninstalled FM21, removed any graphic etc. and it just wont work.

No idea if this means anything, but the FM.exe has changed it name to 'Football manager 2021 21.0.0-1476964 (Staging)'

But, i can actually play the game if i change the settings to run with 'integrated graphic'. It's just really blurred in game and takes a way a lot of the reasons why i play the game.  This also seems to be only a Football Manager problem, because i can run my other games.

 

I really do hope someone can help me!
