Youth Candidates 2025-26
Very pleased with the intake but looks likely we'll be relegated this year. Hopefully I can hold on to my job and bring us back up

Dulwich Hamlet 2024-25
Fantastic first year with promotion. We led pretty much all year and then injuries kicked in towards the end and we lost our position at the top to Southend.
Typically, it all came down to the last day at home to Southend and we managed to squeeze out a 2-1 win and seal 1st position.
We did well in the FA Cup, reaching the second round before falling to Peterborough. We put up a pretty good fight though
In the FA trophy we lost to a good Walsall side who were near the top in the league above
Danny Mills was a massive goal scoring threat for us all season and scored a phenomenal 51 goals in all competitions
Right-Back Miquel Scarlett led the team in assists but we are going to struggle to get him to sign a new deal
Left-Back Jerome Binnom-Williams was also a threat from the other side and was one of best performers on the year
Looking forward to next season. I expect us to stay up and maybe reach lower mid-table

Youth Candidates 2024-25
Didn't look promising at first but the class looks to be quite useful. Some much needed bodies as we face a chance of promotion in our first year

Trying again. this time with Dulwich Hamlet who have professional status. So in theory, the challenge should be a bit less harder!

Relegated on the final day. Needed to win and other results to go our way but just wasn't to be.
Going to try one more time in England. Third time lucky!

Class of 26
Not a bad intake but not sure we will get to see their potential as we are in the middle of a huge relegation scrap

Enfield Town 2024-25
First season and we survived the drop. We drifted around lower mid-table for most of the season and our worst run came towards the end but fortunately we were never in any real danger of the drop.
We were real crowd pleasers with over 100 goals scored and conceded!
The cup games weren't priority and we went out fairly early in both the FA Cup and FA Trophy
Top goalscorer on the year was Sam Youngs from the AMC spot
Young full-back Freddie Stanley was fantastic creating a bunch of goals and good all round performance on the year
Special mention also to our other full-back Mickey Parcell
Survive relegation is the aim once again

Well, that didn't last long!

Coming back to this challenge after completing it in FM21 with Sannois SG.

Started a save with AC Milan.
Trying to be 'semi-realistic' with regards to transfers. Trying to focus on mainly Italian players and youth where possible. I chose to close the first transfer window and go with the in game squad.
Biggest transfer out was Ismail Bennacer. Newcastle paid his release clause of £43 million in January so I went out and bought Lucas Gourna-Douath from Red Bull Salzburg (£26m) as a replacement.
Also bought in young Brazilian (Italian duel nationality) Centre-Back Berardo from Sao Paulo (15m) and Forward Wilfried Gnonto from Leeds (£18m).
GK Maignan
RB Calabria (c) CB Tomori CB Thiaw LB Hernandez
DM Loftus-Cheek DM Pobega
RW Chukwueze AM Pulisic LW Gnonto
SC Rafael Leao
First season, lead the league all the way and managed to win Serie A by 8 points. Lost four games all season, twice to Juventus, once to Fiorentina and a shock defeat at Empoli.
Lost in the Italian Cup Quarter-Final to Atalanta
Lost in the final of the Champions League 2-1 v Man City despite leading at the break.
Onto next season, Giroud retired so will looking to back Leao up with Lorenzo Colombo who returns from a loan spell. Bartesaghi will be understudy to Hernandez and I have also bought in GK Carnesecchi for around £6m to spell Maignan when needed.
Still have money to spend going into season 24-25

Sannois SG 2045-2046
In the Trophee des Champions, we set the tone for the year with a 5-1 hammering of Lyon.
Smashed the league. Our first Ligue 1 title. At one point, we went 19 games unbeaten before games stacked up toward the end. First part of the challenge complete!
In the French Cup, we made it all the way to the final but AS Monaco were the better team on the day and beat us 3-1
We made easy work of the group stage of the Champions League.
In the knockout stages, we beat Rangers, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund to set up a final versus Chelsea at Celtic Park.
SpoilerWe raced into a 3-0 lead and held on until the break. I expected more from Chelsea and they managed to pull one back early in the second half.
We continued to hold on until the 94th minute where we won and scored a penalty to put the icing on the cake. 4-1 and Sannois SG are Champions of Europe!
Challenge Complete!

Valade looks like he could be something. Personalities on the other aren't great.

Sannois SG 2044-2045
3rd place again which is great. Lyon were on top most of the year and we were never really close. Paris SG had an awful year.
We finally overachieved in the French Cup, going all the way and winning comfortably 3-0 against Brest in the final.
A decent first showing in the Champions League. We finished 3rd in the group of death and qualified for the Euro Cup.
We did great in the Euro Cup and came one game away from a final place but Man Utd taught us a lesson in the away leg.
Lucas Perez 35e was once again top scorer with 37 and Mohamed El Joubi 36e provided 11 assists on the year.
Joseph Enama 39c and Mael Renaud 31b are our stand out players.
Reluctantly, we accepted a bid from Man City for Yacoub Vasquez-Garcia 39a. He made it into the French National Team and wouldn't sign a new deal.
Keep pushing on. I think we can win the league in the next few seasons and getting beyond the group stage of the Champions League has to be the next target.

Decent intake. I especially like the look of Pouget.

Now a full France international, we couldn't hold on to our best player. Easily the best we have had through our academy so far.

Sannois SG 2043-2044
I changed tactical approach for the first time in over twenty seasons and what a year. We sat in third for pretty much all season. Club records set in points, goals scored and goals conceded.
We can never seem to make any headway in the French Cup. This time we lose to AS Saint-Etienne, 2-1 at home in the Tenth Round
In the Euro Cup II, we went all the way, beating Sevilla 2-1 in the final, setting records for goals scored along the way. Our first European trophy.
Lucas Perez 35e was on fire all year. 48 goals is outstanding. Mohamed El Joubi 36e was our main provider.
Our best player by far is Yacoub Vasquez-Garcia 39a. He won't sign a new contract so we may have to cash in.
Targets for next year are to keep pushing in the league, a better domestic cup run and a good showing in the Champions League.

Sannois SG 2042-2043
An epic collapse down the stretch dropped us from 3rd to 7th with eight games to go. I was certain we would be in the Champions League but injuries near the end of the year took its toll.
We lost in the Tenth Round of the French Cup for the fourth year in a row.
Muhammet Yilmaz 33c top scored with just 18 with Eric Lefebvre 36b providing eight assists.
Louis Dumortier 35b was once again one of our best performers and Yacoub Vasquez-Garcia 39a is easily our best player.
Club captain and midfield enforcer Matteo Lux 26a will be leaving this summer. He leaves as the club league record appearance holder with 369.
Need to make take that next step. We are better defensively than we have ever been but are struggling for that spark up top.

Dulwich Hamlet 2025-26
I was so optimistic coming into this year but just wasn't to be. Completely outclassed, couldn't score goals, conceded too many and we taste bitter relegation
We fell at the second hurdle in the FA Cup to a much better team in Lincoln City
FA Trophy was much the same as we were knocked out by Ebbsfleet United in the third round
Not many positives but 25a Andrew Allen has really become a big part of the team straight away
Mills was amongst the goals again but the fact we had to rely on such a poor player summed up our season
Another good youth player from the class of 25 is winger Damarley Ryman
Only way is back up. Need to have a good start. Board have given me the opportunity to rebound
