I do not understand how this cannot be a bug. In the game, it is like this by default: The Norwegian league (or the league/country ranked as no. 16) gets two teams into the Champions Path.

No country/league should be able to get more than one team into the Champions path (obviously, as only one team can win the league). You cannot end up in the champions path (to any European cup) unless you have won the league. You can, however, qualify through the league path.

The league/country ranked 16 should not get two CL qual. places either, only one. EDIT: Source https://kassiesa.net/uefa/AccessList2023.html

Hi! Amateur players are not displayed either, which is a bit annoying when playing in the lower leagues. Is this by design too?

To reproduce it "manually", I think you need to play through a season and reach the playoffs or the cup final.
