  1. A report of that here would be great, it's a rare problem, but one we want to nip in the bud when it does arise: http://community.sigames.com/forumdisplay.php/447-Match-Engine-3D-and-Team-Talks
  2. Anyone experiencing the problem mentioned above, of players sliding around the pitch with their arms outstretched, please try the following and let us know how you get on: First delete your cache folder as shown here (please use the second option and delete your cache from outside the game) - https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/201580562-How-to-Do#delete-cache Then delete your preferences files as shown here - https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/201580562-How-to-Do#delete-preferences Then finally reverify your cache as shown here - https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/201580562-How-to-Do#verify-cache Cheers.
  3. Anyone who feels they are either struggling to generate shots on goal, or seeing too many shots on goal, please feel free to report it here and we will look into it: http://community.sigames.com/forumdisplay.php/447-Match-Engine-3D-and-Team-Talks Extensive soak testing shows that the numbers of shots on goal we have in the latest ME matches very closely with real life levels, with discrepancies of roughly 1-2 shots per game either way.
  4. Thanks duccio, can you report this here please, it may be a big or it may be fine, we'd need to investigate: http://community.sigames.com/forumdisplay.php/447-Match-Engine-3D-and-Team-Talks
  5. Any update on this mstrpacman?
  6. Thanks for letting us know mstrpacman. This may be a long-winded process, but can you try the following. 1) First, clear your cache: https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/201580562-How-to-Do#delete-cache 2) Then Uninstall your game (ensuring you backup any save games etc you want to keep): https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/201580562-How-to-Do#uninstall 3) Reinstall your game. 4) Finally, check the compatibility settings of Football Manager 2015 and Steam itself. If any are set then please disable them Now try booting FM again and let us know how you get on.
  7. Any word on whether this has worked?
  8. Hi Sortkaffe, can you try the following, please right-click the FM15 desktop shortcut and open the Compatibility settings tab. Is FM running in compatibility mode and if so, which one? Try unticking this option and then running FM again.
  9. Hello again mstrpacman. Can you try the following, please right-click the FM15 desktop shortcut and open the Compatibility settings tab. Is FM running in compatibility mode and if so, which one? Try unticking this option and then running FM again.
  10. OK, can you try something else please horner, can you right-click the Steam icon on your desktop and see if it states that it is running in Compatibility mode?
  11. And had you tried anything else in additon to, or before changing, this one setting?
  12. OK, another thing for you to try to see if we can solve this properly. Can you find the desktop icon for Steam itself. Right-click that and see if it is running in compatibility mode. If it is then untick it and apply the settings. Try booting FM and see how that works.
  13. Hi WilsonMay, so to confirm, Steam itself was running in Compatibility mode?
  14. Thanks very much Ostoja, so to confirm, now you are able to run FM without any problems when Steam is set to Offline mode? But when turning Steam to online mode, FM will crash?
  15. It should have created a desktop icon for you automatically I believe. If it hasn't then you can right-click Football Manager 2015 in your Steam window and there should be an option to create a desktop icon. Can you also try setting Steam to run in offline mode and then try booting FM?
  16. OK, thanks madcarrot. Can you try setting Steam to run in offline mode and then try booting FM?
  17. Can you also try setting Steam to run in Offline mode and then try booting FM to see how you get on?
  18. OK, thank you Ostoja. It would help if you could state step-by-step what you did before finding out you could run in offline mode. E.g: 1) Set 'Run this program as an administrator' in properties 2) Booted FM 3) Etc
  19. To be clear Ostoja, you found that you can play offline before you tried any of the latest steps above? Or is that a new thing since trying some of these steps?
  20. Thanks horner, we're doing our best. Can you try something else for me now. Can you find the desktop icon for FM and right-click it. Select the Compatibility tab and first of all tick the box at the bottom of the window stating 'Run this program as an administrator'. Try to run FM now. If that doesn't work open the Compatibility tab again and select 'Run Compatibility troubleshooter'. First use 'try recommended setting'. If this doesn't work please try the second option 'Troubleshoot Program'.

  24. Thanks for that Ostoja, can you try something else now. Please go back to the folder system where you found that file. There should be a folder inside the Football Manager 2015 folder called 'preferences'. please open that and find a text file named graphical_detail.xml. Right-click this file and open it in Notepad. Edit the following line: <unsigned id="value" value="4"/> Change the number from 4 to 0. Save the file and then try launching FM again. Let us know how you get on if you would.
