This has been an issue since FM22 and loads of people complained then, but what you did to solve it was just show the highlights of hitting the crossbar less, rather than fix the issue. I have looked at five different saves and when you go to Data Hub > Shots and by % - the amount of times you hit the woodwork is ALWAYS between 9 and 10% - and the crossbar is around 5-6% When you compare to the Premier League numbers IRL, Liverpool, who have hit the woodwork the most this season, hit the woodwork just 5% of the time. This was the same last season. This is something which has happened for years but I feel it is a bug and would be an easy fix. My club has 0/2 scouts. I placed an advert looking for scouts. Then in my inbox, someone suggests to me someone as a scout. I hire them and then, without my consultation the advert for Scout is pulled. Why? I still have spaces for more Scouts. Can't there be a function where you can keep the advert open? This happens with all staff positions. I'm not sure you need a save file, it has been happening forever. Please make a simple adjustment.

I have just started a new save in France's third tier. After picking a 4-4-2, I opened the squad planner and it says I have no one to play Right Back, but I pick the senior squad there are two players there who can play there. I don't understand why they don't show straight away. Seems like a huge missing part of this new feature.
