We have managed to get to the Europa League final after beating Athletico Madrid on penalties after it being 2-2 on aggregated with us drawing 1-1 in both games. Buzzing for the final which has us going against Chelsea.

FA Cup journey over for another season with us losing to Fulham 1-0 in the Semi's. All eggs are going into the Europa League now.

Europa League Run So Far We are having a unbeaten run in our first season in Europe with big wins Vs Athletico Madrid and Benfica. Talking of Athletico Madrid, we have them in the Semi's.

January Transfer Window Mostly signed players for the future and sold some of the older players. Hans Janson - £800k from AZ Alkmaar Danny Clark - £1.3m from Reading Shumaira Mheuka - Loan from Man City with a mandatory £23m fee in the Summer Timm Raum - £300k from Dundalk David Murray - £2.6m from Nottingham Forest Marquinhos - Loan from Wolves with £28m mandatory fee in the Summer Joao Pulido - £4.3m from AC Milan A few for the future. An experienced 28 year old in Marquinhos and some players to help pad out the youth team a bit. I am planning to buy less experienced players, scale back on how much I spend and try promote players from the youth academy. We just managed qualify for the round 16 of the Europa League as well. We could have a good chance of winning 1 or more siliverware this season.

We are going to another Cup Final at Wembley with us thrashing Arsenal over 2 legs in the Carabao cup semi final. We are in the final vs Aston Villa. I hope we can win it this time.

Barnet Summer Transfer Window Marcos Cresta - £4.8m from Lanus Cresta is one for the future indeed. He has a great First Touch, Technique, Teamwork and Vision. He is definitely a player with a bit of class behind him and a crowd pleaser. He has done amazing for our reserves/under 18's so far with 4 goals and 2 assists in 5 games. Norbert Halasz - £2.5m from TSC Backa Topola Another player who will get the crowds cheering is Halasz who has excellent Passing, Technique, Flair, Agility, Balance and Natural Fitness. I love buying cheap wonderkids who go on to be superstars. Carney Chukwuemeka - £17.5m from Rotherham United Chukawuemeka came in as I wanted to get some more English players in to help with squad registration in Europe. He also is natural in the Shadow Striker position. He hasn't played much this season. He did well for us last season on loan so I know the type of player he can be. Ali Mustafa Al-Shamsi - Free Trasnfer from Al-Wasl Al-Shamsi was 45th in the NXGN Top 50 and I noticed his contract was expiring so I managed to get him on a Free transfer and he has done well for us so far. Another classy centre back is needed as Samake wants to leave to play for a bigger club so it is reassuring to know we have a ready made replacement for him. We were then alerted of some players leaving their clubs so I signed a few experienced pro's in Lucas Paqueta, Ibrahim Sangare, Pedro Goncalves and Mattheus Nunes. Most of them have barely played and are just there as good tutors for the younger players but Mattheus Nunes has been pretty good so far. I then carried on signing a few more quality young players with Noah Bullard(£13.25m from FC Lugano), Jeus Berenguel(£10.75m from FC Barcelona) coming in to play for our youth tteam and reserves but the plan is to introduce them to first team football slowly. If either of these two become any good I will post their progress. I didn't make much in the transfer market with us spending £74m and only getting £42.5m from player sales. I miss Saudi Arabia paying way too much for my players. It was always a good way to make extra money.

I didn't realize I had actually qualified for the Europa League I thought 7th place meant you played the Europa Conference. Anyway I aint complaining. Barnet played Athletico Madrid in our first game in Europe and we managed to win 1-0 thanks to Kadan Young goal. We have managed to sign Kadan Young for £19m and he has been brilliant so far with 4 goals in the first 7 games of the season.

I look forward to seeing your rebuild. I always appreciated Dyche's style of play. Similar to Tony Pulis's. Sometimes the more direct approach is the best. Can you if possible post your tactic on here as I would like to do a save with Everton emulating Dyche's tactical approach but I wont be posting it as it is just a save I want to do on my own. Barnet FC Season 8 Review I managed to finish 7th in the league and Barnet will be playing Europeon football with us playing in the UEFA Europa Conference Play Offs and then hopefully we will qualify for the group stages Great effort by my lads. Very proud. Scott McTominay was actually our joint top goalscorer with 10 goals for the season. He had a great first season with us. Also got 8 assists for Scottish hero and he got the best average rating for the club with a 7.03 rating. Our other top goalscorer was Jewison Bennette who got 10 goals and 4 assists. Signing of the season was Pablo Cardaccio who formed a great defensive partnership with Samake. Both of my central defenders are rated up to £80m each. Honourable mention to Ibragimov who got 8 goals in 14 games for us after signing in January. Squad Overview Barnet Best Eleven Player Awards Scott McTominay got the Player Of The Season and he deserved it as well. Young Player Of The Season was our left back Estevao Tecellao who was brilliant and got 8 assists for the season. Gabriel Slonina broke a club record with 10 clean sheets for the season and Anthony Elanga's £60m sale was our record fee received. Finally we got the news item to confirm that we will have a new stadium called The Barnet Stadium(Very Boring). It will hold 24,664 and cost £48m. It will take 3 years to build.

Yeah I hate managing in the MLS cos of all of the complicated rules. Good luck in your next job.
