[Changing save location Gamepass Edition]

So in the past I've always purchased through Steam and being able to change the location through the game properties in the steam app.

I've just got the game now through gamepass the pc version but I'm unable to find any option to change the location. I know you can't do it through the xbox app but I've seen videos of people on the steam version changing it in game now in the preferences menu. Did it get removed at some point or is this just something not possible with this version of the game?

I'm only worried because importing things like logos and player faces I won't have enough room for everything on my ssd
