    I was using 424 ton something, top rated in evens rest, and just started these games on defensive. It kept the games much tighter and in plenty as the game progressed I became the dominant team and won plenty. Mostly kept the other team to low amounts of shots in total.

    using this tactic anything is possible in a short timeframe. For example Luton getting into europe season one, champions league season two and winning the EPL would take about three years. If you can get the board to give you money in the first window to make a few key signings, with backup coming in January with the likes of Akomeah, Ozoh and Grgic then you have an incredible spine of the team in place. Neuman would be good at cb as well. Tavares up front from Coventry just to help with numbers. Possibly Helder Costa on a free to use an ESC slot. Because you score so many and the average ratings are good overall, it should also attract a lot of offers for average players giving you plenty of money to play with in seasons two and three.  

     

    In season one also keep asking for more transfer revenue every time you're allowed.

    It's only anecdotal but playing defensive mentality in the hard games, especially away and neutral, using a top tactic from knap seems incredibly OP. In the hardest away games I often restict the opposition to 1-5 shots in total. They can and will still score but it seems to really help and I've had several 4/5-0 away at City, Utd and Spurs. Replaying the same games on balanced I lose most and struggle.

    Using company size as a metric for determining how many bugs there should be is stupid.  You may as well use what colours the walls are in their office.

    Its been fixed, looks like it was an easy fix. Not sure the game is now going into meltdown. Weird place this with apologists who just love to argue for arguing.

    Also have a huge problem with injuries in during a match. Always in the first half, sometimes two separate before HT. Really odd

    It's something that will affect around 1% of the user base, and that 1% has already effectively broken the game by being in that position in the first place. Should the code be reviewed to increase the figure to a higher amount? Possibly. Is it something that needs urgently looked at? Absolutely not. 

    If you keep this up they might let you change the bag for the bin in miles office.

    You probably need faster players. Where are you slow? Or using squad planner which section of outfield is?

     

    You can try cautious and/or setting DR/L to defend.

    thanks i'll work on improving. this is coming mainly from my crappy goalkeepers but the game currently doesn't have many available options in that position. in the meantime is there a tactic that could still work okay with such low attributes?

    You can see which part of your team is particularly bad in those three attributes, then try to improve those the most.

    Went to Deportivo in La Liga2 in 2035 when they were 20 points behind 1st 16 games in. Won that and then won La Liga next season on 95 points. LOL

    I did well in the transfer market, using fm scout, but my team was rated 77 with Barca, Real and Atletico all 86-88. 

    Keep meaning to use the 4231 that has best average for lower league test and will do once I find a top AM

    Found a young player in Spain to play SS so we switched to see what it was like. Won La Liga again, this time with 100 points and more goals scored, semi's in the cup and quarters in champions league where Spurs destroyed me with two incredible strikers they have. Bought well in the summer, top centre back and new Vol main buys along with a bit more depth, and this year we won everything using the 4231!! Beat Spurs in the final of champions league and was pretty comfortable.
