nobody knows how the established first team player work?

In my save Rashford cant be tutored cause he is considered an established first team player. he is 20 years old and squad status is hot prospect. How does this established first team player work? is it possible to go around this with editors? It just doesn't make any sense to me. If i picked up Ronaldo, how is it realistically that he can't tutor a 20 year old rashford.......
