So it begins. I've gone for Fiorentino and Victor San Marino. My plan is to get Victor into Serie A and build up the youth facilities on the way, while also helping to improve the quality of the domestic league with Fiorentino. I'm still undecided whether to add a manager for the national team or see if I can get the job naturally. I'll wait a season or two to make a decision. Looking forward to trying the low block this year, they look more effective than they have ever been. I've set up my save to be as realistic as possible. I've loaded at least the top division in every league and added in a lot of players. Hopefully this won't slow the game too much, I'll see how it goes and remove some leagues later if it becomes a problem. I've also disabled the first transfer window, and player attribute masking is on. I'll be back with a mid season update when hopefully I'll be bringing some players in.

I'm looking to do this again this year, had a lot of fun with it last year. Does anyone know alternative links for downloading steam workshop files? I'm on GamePass so don't have access to the workshop. I used a steam downloader before but Valve have killed these so it's not possible anymore.
