Well, it's just pure BULLCRAP that sigames refuses to aknowledge that smaller sclubs still has ALL the power when it comes to transfers in the end.
Brighton told Chelsea to eith pay the 115 million or **** ***. What happend? Did Caicedo strike? Did he refuse to play? NO! Chelsea paid!
But if it had worked like in FM Caicedo would had been mad when Chelsea had offered 50 million and left for that amount while Brighton could had done basically nothing.
IN THE REAL world there is not this much conflict as Caicedo just had to suck it up until a bid came that Brighton was satisfied with. You know what? It actually turns out that the club that has a player under contract
do have ALL he power....

In fm 23 I ran into a few annyoing things but these 2 are VERY annoying.
1. While playing in Italy I get a player back from loan in January and I want to loan him out again. BUT I can't if the player plas 1 game for my reserve team AND no matter if I put the player in the A team or the U18 squad the game pick out the player for the reserves forcing the player to play and blockin ANY loan moves for the rest of the season. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and makes ZERO sense since I DO NOT WANT THE PLAYER TO PLAY FOR THE RESERVES!.
2. In the summer I had a player that wanted to leave after another team that came in with a pathetic bid for him. So I made an agreement to sell the player for a set price. No such bid came in and the player decided
to wait until january for such a bid. January came and the same team came in with the same pathetic bid that was HLAF of what me and the player agreed. I reject it and the player wants to talk and is now angry...
WTF???? HOW can the player be angry when HE breaks our agreement???? Infuriating...

Ok, this is a problem that has been known for YEARS know and still nothing?
If a player gets injured during a game and you cancel the sub, the game just locks you out from continuing the game.
The tactics screen dissapears and you get a maessage that a player in the field is injured. Not accessing the tactics screen means the game locks you out from continuing.
How hard can it be to fix???

A keeper can have a 15 save effort and get a 7.5
And then let in 2 goals from 2 shots and score a 6.9....
they just can't get over an 8 no matter what happens.

In FM 18 you could see that U 23 coaches helped coach in the senior squad when you looked at training assigments.
But after that it changed and now U 23 coaches aren't seen anymore. But I still wonder if they do help with the training of the senior squad.
Does anyone know?

Well, their arguments are garbage for not expanding. They're denying the stadium cause we need a bigger fanbase.
BUT we're SELLING OUT EVERY GAME! And no matter what I try it's the sack.

Well, the reaction from the board is still immature as hell.
The stadium is sold out every league game, there is money in the bank, it's 2022, I've set a league record, the board is very happy with my performaces.
And as soon as I kick up a fuss about a new stadium, which is a VERY reasonable request at this time, the board is like:
"Yes, that you for the records, unparallelled success and what not, but we feel it's best that you leave now"
The most successful manager in PL history, which the board says it's happy with you, just sack you cause they lack any vision and has no real good excuse as to why not to build a new stadium.
So ridiculous and illogical imo....
And if they do reject me they should be damn accomodating and respect the best manager they've ever had...

In previous versions I find the board to be totally cluless and ungrateful if it disagress with me.
I was managing Liverpool, 55 games unbeaten in the league, 3 straight league titles, 2 cl titles etc etc.
They are very happy with my performace. The stadium is filled out EVERY home game. But there are several clubs with bigger capacity.
So I ask for a new stadium and every time I press the board, leak to the press or do anything to answer my reasonable request, as I have brought in a ton of money,
the board will sack me every time. It so ****** stupid and ungrateful and hard cored into the game that the club will not leave Anfield.
I hope that will be fixed.

A player does not have to go on a strike as a P**** off player means basically the same in fm. If you do not accept to sell him cheap the whole dressing room gets ruined(which is also BULLCRAP).
it just feels like fm just has to be ALL about conflict and finding reasons for it. The matter of fact is(WHICH BRIGHTON SHOWED) that the team that has a player under contract sets the price and
the player+agent just has to get on with it. But not in fm, NO. it doesn't matter if the player has 5 years left on the deal and the club has 100% of ALL the power. Nope if a lub bids 30 million for your star player, that is worth 40 and has many years left
on the dea, you just have to sell him or the player will single handedly ruin the club....such bullcrap.
