I was trying to keep it as low as possible, as my old laptop is fine for playing films and internet browsing, etc.... but I'll go to what I need to.  The one above is on ebay at £280 and is nearby so I can collect.

Evening all,

 

My laptop crashes constantly when running FM games, ever since FM20 (!) due a graphics error which I cannot solve.

 

Without trying to break the bank, would this spec work for purely running FM on a large database in England with all playable leagues and browsing.....

 

HP EliteBook 840 G4 Intel Core i5-8250U 8GB RAM 256GB SSD Windows 10 Pro Laptop, with 8th gen Intel Core i5 octa-core CPU

I'm still struggling with this issue.

 

I've updated all the drivers possible, and am running programmes to identify outdated drivers just in case. Do you need an upload, or do you have any other advice please?

Hi Guys,

 

I've encountered this issue with the current and previous version of the game (FM19 and 20).  I have just downloaded the demo of FM2020 to see if it will play.  I have updated all my drivers before doing so and am playing without any modifications.
